General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will want revenge now that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has been hooked. Britt only suffered a tiny scratch in her faceoff with Port Charles’ latest serial killer, but it was more than enough to cause fatal consequences.
“The Hook” – who we now know is Heather Webber (Alley Mills) – uses lethal venom on the murder weapon.
All signs point to Britt getting killed off, so Heather’s poison may be her cause of death.
Of course, it’ll take some time for the PCPD to catch up to the audience.
GH viewers are in the loop on Heather doing the hooking, but the cops don’t have enough clues to figure that out yet.
As for Liesl, she’ll be crushed over Britt’s fate, but she may let anger take control.
Sometimes it’s easier to unleash your fury than deal with a loss, especially when you’re someone like Obrecht!
It’s no secret that Liesl has a shady past that’s full of bad decisions and times she crossed the line.
Obrecht will inevitably revert to her sinister tendencies once she’s ready to avenge Britt – and 2023 preview spoilers hint that she’ll do just that.
General Hospital spoilers say Obrecht will take extreme action once she’s pushed over the edge.
It was already devastating when Liesl lost Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), but losing Britt like this will just be too much for her heart to accept.
Although Obrecht was prepared for Huntington’s disease to take Britt eventually, that was a different situation – one that could’ve involved a much longer goodbye.
“The Hook” has robbed Britt of what little time she had left, so that’ll leave Liesl absolutely seething.
Naturally, it’ll also leave Obrecht on a mission to find out who did this to her dear Britta and make them pay.
Whether Liesl relies on the PCPD’s updates or investigates on her own, she may hope to get to “The Hook” before an arrest is made.
Obrecht would much rather see Britt’s attacker dead than locked up, so this could lead to her finding out Heather is to blame and plotting murderous payback.
Prison walls obviously can’t hold Heather anyway, so Liesl may hope to end her once and for all!
