General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, April 20 – Drew’s Key Memory – Carly Gloats to Nina – Obrecht Rises to Victor’s Challenge

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, April 20, tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will meet with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) now that he has an idea on how to find The Haunted Star. There’s some key memory that Curtis needs Drew to remember, so he’ll push Drew to dig deep since Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) life may depend on it.

Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will comfort Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) now that she’s heard the horrible news about Trina’s kidnapping.

Portia will cry as she opens up about her fears, but Ava will reassure her since they both know what a smart, strong woman Trina is.

Of course, Trina is in more danger than ever since Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) just discovered her on the ship.

That’ll give Victor far more power over Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), who’d do literally anything to keep Trina safe.

However, Trina will hold her own against Victor and will continue to make moves that Spencer approves of.

Between the damaged electrical cable and whatever mind games she might play, Spencer will think Trina may have saved them.

As for Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she’ll feel backed into a corner since Victor is threatening her loved ones.

Victor will gush over Liesl rising to the challenge, so he’ll trust that she’ll develop the immunization his inner circle needs.

Obrecht can be a pretty crafty character, so she could turn the tables on Victor eventually.

If there’s one thing fans know about Liesl Obrecht, it’s that you should never count her out!

Other GH spoilers say Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will rant to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), so this may have something to do with Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) return from the “dead” and how it affects ELQ.

“The longer he stays silent, the worse it looks,” Ned says in Thursday’s preview video.

It sounds like Valentin’s delay on giving a public statement will leave Ned agitated and concerned for the company.

Naturally, Valentin has been a little busy making sure Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) survived her harrowing crisis.

Even Brook Lynn may have a little sympathy considering the woman Valentin loves almost died!

ELQ just hasn’t been Valentin’s priority, but Ned may act like that’s the problem and insist he should be the one running the show.

At Wyndemere, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will explain that she’s staying with Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) while Ava seeks updates on Trina.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may suggest she should just come back later but Carly will think they should talk.

It seems Ava’s advice got through to Carly on some level since General Hospital spoilers say she’ll make an attempt at peace.

Unfortunately, Carly can’t stop herself from pushing buttons – even when she’s trying to play nice.

In the end, Carly will gloat about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finally putting his family above Nina, who didn’t get a wedding invitation like he did.

Sonny reluctantly decided to attend Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) nuptials without Nina by his side, so Carly will feel like this is a beneficial turning point.

Nina may think Carly’s being rather cruel considering her daughter is knocking on death’s door, but Carly will point out Willow and Michael’s guest list is out of her hands.

CDL will have other fantastic General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to check out, so stop by often for more GH info.
