General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, March 23 – Trina’s Unsettling News – Maxie’s Surprise Announcement – Sasha Calls Out Gladys

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, March 23, tease that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) won’t have much hope left when it comes to her future with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Curtis doesn’t think their love can fix the trust that’s been broken, so he ultimately walked away from his latest conversation with his wife.

Portia will think that says it all as she gives Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) updates on the situation.

However, Marshall won’t want Portia to give up on her marriage and will give her a pep talk about fighting for it.

Meanwhile, Curtis will reflect on his previous marriage to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).

As they reminisce, Curtis will wonder if they’d still be together if they’d made different choices.

Part of Curtis might feel like it feels wrong to work things out with Portia when he couldn’t do that with Jordan, especially since secrets were the reason for both relationship failures.

Nevertheless, Jordan may point out that they’re two different sets of circumstances – and the heart doesn’t follow rules anyway.

Although Jordan still has feelings for Curtis, she won’t want to hold him back from reuniting with Portia if that’s what his heart’s telling him to do.

At The Invader, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will remain adamant about leaving Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) in the dark on what he’s up against.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) won’t understand why Gregory’s shutting everyone out, but Gregory could ultimately divulge that it’s because he’s dying.

There’s a good chance Gregory has a serious illness – and his prognosis could be very grim.

GH spoilers say Alexis will get a shock, so she may wrap her head around Gregory’s admission and push him to let his sons support him.

Even so, it doesn’t look like Gregory will be willing to budge just yet.

After the ethics committee comes back with a quick decision, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will wonder if that’s good or bad.

Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) may suggest they’ll find out soon enough and push Liz to keep hope alive when it comes to her job at the hospital.

At Kelly’s, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will walk in with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and ask who’s ready for some great news.

Maybe Maxie will rope Cody into a Nurses Ball performance and offer up something in return.

Cody will also cross paths with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs), so that’ll lead to some tension between them.

Since Cody told Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) about Gladys selling the garage, Gladys may get in his face and warn him to mind his own business.

Sasha will apparently witness Gladys looking upset with Cody and may get close enough to eavesdrop.

Then again, maybe Sasha already did her research offscreen and determined there’s more to this story.

Gladys played the grieving mom card and tried to act like it was too painful to hold onto this reminder of Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).

In reality, Gladys was forced to sign over the garage to Selina Wu (Lydia Look) to cover her gambling debts.

Sasha will confront Gladys and catch her off guard, so Gladys could face a grilling session and have more explaining to do!

Next, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will have a heart-to-heart with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) about the change of plans.

Although Spencer only wanted his baby brother to move in Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place, Esme refused to take the room above Kelly’s and be separated from her son.

Now that Trina knows both Esme and Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) are living with Laura, Spencer will offer an explanation as well as some reassurance.

The last thing Spencer wants is to make Trina feel uncomfortable or create any kind of distance between them.

If Trina has a problem with Spencer’s decision to move in with Laura too, he might insist he could go back to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse.

Nevertheless, Trina may feel like Spencer’s little brother needs him, especially since they both know they can’t trust Esme or drop their guards now that she’s free.

Over with Laura, she’ll sit down with Esme and offer some guidance.

Laura will suggest it’s not too late to do what’s best for Ace and will perhaps urge Esme to try getting along with Spencer since they all want Ace to thrive.

General Hospital spoilers say Esme will be skeptical if Spencer agrees to a truce – and rightfully so since more clashing is coming up during the week of March 27-31.

CDL will have other fantastic General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so make us your top GH source.
