General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, May 4 – Helena Adds to Valentin’s Suffering – Laura’s Fatal Threat – TJ’s Bad Willow News

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 4, tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will need to know he can trust Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). Spencer has to get Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) to safety, but he may be reluctant to leave Laura Collins (Genie Francis) behind.

However, Curtis will be adamant that he’s got this and will count on Spencer to do his part to save Trina along with Ace.

Of course, Trina and Spencer could run into more hurdles during their escape attempt, but they’ll stick together no matter what!

Meanwhile, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will try to get the WSB to abort the mission to destroy the island, but he’ll definitely face some challenges – especially now that Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) is no longer in charge.

In the bunker, dying Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will continue to hallucinate Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers), who’s arrived to drag him down so he can suffer for all eternity with her.

Valentin will refuse to go anywhere with Helena, but she’ll feel like it’s out of his hands now that the pathogen is taking over his body.

It’s clear that Valentin still needs the antidote – and he’s running out of time!

In the lab area, Laura is currently holding up a vial containing the pathogen, so Victor will grow concerned on Thursday’s episode.

Victor will warn that if Laura drops it, she’ll die – though Laura may point out that Victor will die too if that’s how he wants to play this.

While Laura and Victor face off, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will have some bad news for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) regarding Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) grim condition.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will comfort Michael before he joins Willow at her bedside. Michael will tell Willow that this is their last shot, so TJ may offer some final strategy to keep her alive.

Of course, Willow will presumably still need a bone marrow transplant once Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) comes home, but there could be concerns about whether she’ll be strong enough to survive until then and pull through the procedure.

Willow will have to make a decision about what happens next, but Michael will be there for her every step of the way.

Over with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), she’ll suspect Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) might be having second thoughts about his role in taking Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) down.

Although Dex may acknowledge that Sonny is a complicated guy with some good qualities, he’ll also get that Sonny is a criminal who deserves to pay.

Dex’s priority will be breaking free from this mob life and having a chance to move forward with Josslyn, but it won’t be quite as easy as he hoped.

Finally, Sonny will vent to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about the person who sent the SEC after Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

“Somebody messes with one of us, they mess with all of us,” Sonny declares in Thursday’s GH preview video.

Nina will offer a distraction and try to keep Sonny from finding out that she’s to blame, but that secret is sure to come out down the road.

General Hospital spoilers say Nina may have to face the consequences sooner or later, so stay tuned for updates on the storm that’s brewing.
