General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, August 8, reveal that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will seek Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) help as he continues his efforts to see Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) at Ferncliff.
Once Cody updates Brook Lynn on why he’s so suspicious, Brook Lynn will agree it sounds like something shady is going on.
GH spoilers say Brook Lynn will create a diversion at Ferncliff, so that’ll give Cody a chance to sneak in Sasha’s wing of the facility.
Since Sasha is all drugged up and confused, she’ll scream about how she never meant to hurt Cody and will be in a state of extreme emotional distress.
Cody may end up even more convinced that Ferncliff isn’t good for Sasha and could potentially start plotting an escape strategy for her.
Meanwhile, it looks like Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will wonder if Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is sure he made the right decision about giving all his money away.
Of course, Cyrus is certain about putting that money toward a rehabilitation program for prisoners, so he’ll just want confirmation that Martin did what he asked.
At Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) house, she’ll ask if Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is keeping something from her and will push for answers about his involvement with Pikeman.
While Valentin gets interrogated, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will check in with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and worry that maybe he’s having second thoughts about their fresh romantic start.
Fortunately, it seems Finn will still be on the same page with Elizabeth about pursuing a future together and tackling any complications that land in their path.
Elsewhere, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will have a heated showdown with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), so he’ll no doubt warn her to stay out of his business since she was asking Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about his health.
Next, Tracy will announce that it’s time to have Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) committed over all this “Eddie Maine” nonsense, but Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) may think that’s going too far.
Olivia will end up giving “Eddie” something to think about, so maybe she’ll talk him into settling down since he’s been staying out every night and living the rockstar lifestyle.
Perhaps Olivia will push “Eddie” to try therapy and convince him it could be beneficial. If nothing else, it might get Tracy off “Eddie’s” back enough to drop the idea of having him committed!
