General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 31, teases that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will get reassurance from Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), who’ll make sure she’s ready for surgery. Willow’s set to have a C-section, so she’ll hope for the best as she looks forward to seeing her baby girl for the first time.
It seems Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will join the surgical team and get some updates for Willow’s loved ones.
Unfortunately, there’ll eventually be a scare that puts both Willow’s life and the life of her daughter at risk.
Until then, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will talk to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) about her decision to dump Cameron Webber (William Lipton).
Trina will get that Joss felt like she had no choice since she no longer felt the same about Cam.
However, there was obviously more to the story since Josslyn developed feelings for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and slept with him before the breakup happened.
Cameron also found Josslyn with shirtless Dex in the aftermath, so Joss will continue to deal with some guilt.
While Joss decides how much to reveal to Trina, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will get some good news.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) will apparently think she can give Spencer’s custody chances a major boost, so he’ll be all ears on how.
Later, Spencer will meet up with Trina for Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) memorial service, so he’ll be glad to have someone he cares about by his side.
At Spring Ridge, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will meet Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) and hope she might be the answer to all her memory problems.
Of course, Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Marcus Coloma) wants Carolyn to cause more memory issues instead by keeping Esme’s trauma locked away.
Considering how badly things went with Elizabeth, Carolyn will be hesitant to go down this road again. Carolyn won’t want Liz to get in trouble, but she still has morals to consider.
When Carolyn discovers that Esme is pregnant, that’ll be enough for her to shut the conversation down and insist Nik’s on his own.
Other GH spoilers say Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will come through for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), so it sounds like he’ll pitch in on a project ahead of the wedding.
Curtis will also have questions about Drew’s complicated bond with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and will hope he’s holding onto what they share.
Drew may act like he’s content to just be friends with Carly, but GH fans know they’re secretly much more!
Speaking of secrets, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will lie to Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) about the reason she sought answers regarding Trina’s genealogy test.
When Jordan claims it was simply about a PCPD case, Stella will seriously doubt that.
Although Stella will pressure Jordan to get honest, the commissioner will avoid the truth.
Nevertheless, Stella will start to work it out on her own and will suspect that Trina could be Curtis’ bio daughter.
General Hospital spoilers say Stella will resolve to dig deeper before the nuptials happen, so stick with the ABC soap.
