General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, May 16, tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will visit Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) at home and hope they can take the first steps toward peace. That’s what Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) wants, so Carly may be willing to try for her sake.
However, Carly will make it clear that when it comes to any relationship Nina might build with her daughter, it’ll have to happen on Willow’s terms.
At some point, Nina will mention how she felt guilty about something, so that’ll leave Carly curious about what.
Nina may cover by acting like she means the Nixon Falls secret and other strife of the past, but she’ll obviously be thinking about how she turned in Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) for insider trading.
Meanwhile, Haven de Havilland (Morgan Fairchild) will continue her efforts to sabotage Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) return to Home and Heart.
Sasha could hear a baby crying in her earpiece, so Haven is really pulling out all the stops to make sure this live appearance is a disaster.
Although that would be good for ratings, it’d be tragic for Sasha’s mental health if she spiraled out of control again.
Haven will point out that all eyes are on Sasha, who’ll definitely get rattled thanks to this cruel host’s latest move.
Fortunately, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will come through right when Sasha needs him.
GH spoilers say Cody will save the day somehow, so Sasha will be grateful once she gets through this appearance without a meltdown.
At The Savoy, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will suggest it’s time to lay their cards on the table, so it looks like she’ll push for an honest conversation with Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) about Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).
Despite Diane’s romantic interest in Robert, she doesn’t want to get stuck in some big competition over him.
Diane may admit she’s going to bow out if Robert reports back that he wants a Holly reunion.
Holly will have a lot to consider after Diane updates her on some of her own close moments with Robert.
It could leave Holly wondering if Robert’s moving on – and in that case, she may feel like she needs to let him go.
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will ask if Holly’s back in Port Charles for good, but Holly’s on the verge of making a significant choice – one that likely involves leaving town and reconnecting with Ethan Lovett (James Ryan).
As for Robert, he’ll keep grumbling about the danger Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) put herself in on that Greenland mission.
Robert will feel like Anna should be putting her family first, but she’ll stand by her latest decisions and perhaps defend how much Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) means to her.
When Robert seeks guidance on his own romantic life, Anna may give him some helpful words of wisdom and steer him down the right path.
Back at The Savoy, Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will elaborate on how Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) can repay her poker game debt.
Gladys doesn’t want to take advantage of Sasha’s finances again, so Selina has come up with an alternative. Unfortunately, it’s doubtful Gladys will like Selina’s new solution either.
General Hospital spoilers say Selina may give Gladys a task that feels downright impossible to accomplish, so stay tuned for some bad news!
