General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) may have to decide the fate of two more Port Charles residents. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) had to learn her lesson after her betrayal, so Victor went after her by framing Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for Lucy’s murder.
Now Anna is on the run with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), but they’re closing in on the compound where Lucy is believed to be held.
This search has been a success so far, but GH spoilers say more trouble’s brewing.
Valentin and Anna are obviously right about the location since Antoine’s (Gabriel Sky) description of the hostage sounded just like Lucy, who’s thankfully still fighting back.
It’s good to know that Victor hasn’t broken Lucy’s spirit with this captivity plot, but it looks like her rescue is still about to go horribly wrong.
Anna has trust issues when it comes to Rene (Maria Tornberg), who has insisted she can help gain access to Lucy through the mines.
Valentin and Anna believe this is their best shot at finding Lucy and getting her out undetected.
Unfortunately, Rene is willing to sell Anna and Valentin out for a price!
Victor seems poised to get updates on Valentin and Anna’s mission, so they’re on the verge of falling right into his trap.
Perhaps when Anna and Valentin finally nail down Lucy’s exact hiding spot they’ll turn around and realize they’ve been sealed off.
Victor may make sure Valentin and Anna turn into captives alongside Lucy.
That could bring a fun new direction for the storyline as Lucy fumes over Anna and Valentin getting stuck with her.
It would also drag the story out for a while, which makes sense considering the show’s probably gearing up for a Nurses Ball shocker involving Lucy’s grand reentrance down the road.
Whatever the case, Victor might try to fake Valentin and Anna’s deaths once they’re his hostages.
The goal may be to prevent anyone from looking for them, so Victor could easily act like Anna and Valentin died in a plane crash or something along those lines.
It’s kind of Victor’s MO to score captives and pretend they’re dead due to some tragedy!
Victor could spread dreadful news to make it seem like Valentin and Anna are gone for good.
Thankfully, Anna and Valentin make an excellent team, so we have no doubt they’ll wiggle out of the crisis.
Lucy might even get a hero moment where she turns the tables on a guard and frees herself along with Valentin and Anna.
General Hospital spoilers say Valentin, Anna and Lucy will all make it back to Port Charles sooner or later!
