General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) could take matters into his own hands when it comes to Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay). The Cassadine family has been stuck in turmoil lately, but Victor feels a sense of hope thanks to Ace.
Now that a new Cassadine heir has come into the world, Victor wants to do everything in his power to map out his life and steer him down a particular path.
Of course, that path is no doubt a sinister one that doesn’t include Esme Prince (Avery Pohl).
Esme has caused plenty of trouble for the Cassadines, so that alone gives Victor a reason to want her gone.
However, the fact that Esme is so anti-Cassadine now is an even bigger issue.
Once Esme found out Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) held her hostage, she immediately turned against him as well as Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez).
Spencer was always going to have his work cut out for him when it came to scoring custody of Ace, but the battle’s even tougher now that Esme is fighting him.
Victor is a busy guy who’s juggling a lot of drama right now, but he may eventually carve out some time to focus on eliminating Esme.
After all, we know Victor isn’t afraid to hire a hit on the people who hinder his plans, which could mean bad news for Esme.
Esme has put herself on Victor’s hit list with her behavior, so we have to consider the possibility that he’ll try to have her killed.
The show potentially offered a hint about that in the March 8 episode.
Once Esme was reunited with Ace at GH, it led to a powerful mother-son moment.
Esme assured Ace that she’d protect him with her life, so that dialogue seemed to carry some weight.
It felt like an anvil about Esme landing in a deadly situation at some point.
Even if Esme survives Victor’s potential hit on her, a death threat could indeed be brewing.
Will Victor make some updates to his scheme and decide to get Esme out of the way by deadly force?
Whether it happens while Esme’s locked up or once she gets out of prison, Victor might have an awful surprise waiting for her!
General Hospital spoilers say Victor may ultimately take drastic action, so stay tuned to see if it leads to Esme’s brush with death.
