General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, March 1, tease that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will have a question to ask, so it looks like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be on the receiving end of it.
Sonny will also have some updates regarding Pikeman, so that’ll lead to an uncomfortable conversation for Dex.
Since Dex is secretly plotting Sonny’s downfall with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), he’ll have to conceal his true motives when it comes to the upcoming shipment.
However, Michael’s emotions are really hitting him hard right now since he believes Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is knocking at death’s door.
That could affect Michael’s plans when it comes to Sonny’s takedown.
During a discussion with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Michael will admit there’s something he could do for Willow.
Since Willow wants Michael and Sonny to make amends, Michael might consider granting her dying wish.
Willow will seem hopeful about getting a “yes” from someone on Wednesday’s GH episode, so we’ll see if that involves a Michael and Sonny truce.
Of course, it could end up being something as simple as asking Josslyn to be a bridesmaid.
At the hospital, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will slap Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) for helping Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) hide Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) in captivity.
The cops wasted valuable time looking for Esme while Heather Webber (Alley Mills) roamed free – giving her a chance to kill Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
After Liesl blames Elizabeth for her role in that, she’ll insist you reap what you sow!
It sounds like Obrecht will deliver a fierce threat and let Liz know payback is brewing.
Although Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will want to be there for Elizabeth, she’ll insist he’s only going to be caught in the crossfire if he stands by her.
As for Liesl, she’ll eventually get distracted by some huge news.
Obrecht should learn she’s a bone marrow donor match for Willow, so TJ will spread the word to Willow herself soon.
Michael could delay his Sonny truce long enough to change his mind again since it looks like his vengeful plot will move forward.
On Spoon Island, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will investigate after breaking the padlock off the tack room storage closet.
Based on Wednesday’s preview video where Dante’s standing there calm yet perplexed, we can assume Nikolas’ body will be gone.
As Dante shines a flashlight downward, he’ll wonder if someone else was there while Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) stand there looking nervous nearby.
There might be some footprints left behind – either by Nikolas if he was still alive when he vanished or by someone who secretly moved his corpse.
Some blood could even be present due to Nikolas’ head wound, so that could leave Dante suspicious.
Whatever the case, General Hospital spoilers say Dante will work on a theory while Ava remains uneasy about the mess she’s stuck in.
