General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of July 17-21 reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will make an admission, so that could involve admitting to the hot night she shared with Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).
Things are complicated between Ava and Austin due to the threat they’re facing, but Ava might come clean to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about sleeping with him and dance around the rest.
However, Austin will ultimately have a message to pass along, so we’ll see if that’s from the mysterious boss he shares with Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey).
Later, Austin will land in a situation where he gets too confident.
Although Austin may have a strategy to keep Ava safe and keep himself out of harm’s way too, things may not go according to plan.
Even so, Ava will offer Austin reassurance, so they’ll still be in this together as they try to deal with any drama that pops up.
Over with Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda), his adoptive dad’s absence will take a toll on him.
Leo misses Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), who’s stuck living as wannabe rockstar “Eddie Maine” right now.
As a result, Leo will have some behavioral issues, so Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will grow concerned about him.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will find “Eddie” and perhaps bring him back to the Quartermaine mansion to help Leo calm down, so Brook Lynn will be grateful.
This could also help “Eddie” bond with Leo despite his lack of memories – or maybe “Eddie” could even start having some flashbacks of Ned’s old life.
Elsewhere, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will try to handle a family crisis, but Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will end up playing referee as well.
It sounds like Molly Lansing-Davis (currently played by Holiday Mia Kriegel) may admit she overheard Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) surrogacy suggestion, so that could bring complaints of Kristina making this all about her.
At the same time, Molly knows Kristina would perhaps be the ideal surrogate since she does want to have a baby with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) at some point.
Of course, it doesn’t seem fair to insult Kristina in one breath and act like she’d be useful in the next!
That’s how Molly’s been acting about her sister’s plan, but Kristina may rescind the offer anyway since Sam and Alexis already convinced her she was rushing into things.
Kristina may feud with Molly a bit before reevaluating her offer once again. This could lead to Kristina putting it back on the table since she truly does want to help Molly and TJ make their family dream a reality.
Other GH spoilers say Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will come to someone’s rescue, so we’ll see if that involves helping Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) or someone else.
Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will also land in a tight spot that requires damage control, so Deception could be in trouble soon.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will rush to Sasha’s defense and try to assist her once the chaos hits, but Sasha could still spin out.
Naturally, this will be due to the drugs Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) wanted Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) to give Sasha, who may be hospitalized if things get bad enough.
Gladys will freak out over some upcoming Sasha developments while Nina races to GH, so all that potentially points to Sasha needing urgent medical care.
Next, Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) will step up for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) as she worries about Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) ordeal.
While Taggert comforts Trina, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will put Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) through an interrogation and remain wary when it comes to his relationship with her daughter.
As for Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), she’ll resolve to nail down some answers.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) really got under Esme’s skin regarding her parents, so this could lead to Esme reaching out to Heather Webber (Alley Mills) eventually.
General Hospital spoilers hint at Esme wanting to uncover more about her past, so Heather could help out with info regarding her birth and messed-up family history.
Across town, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will get updates on his risky new mission, so this could involve digging for info on who went after either Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) at the Metro Court.
Josslyn will receive some startling news, so she may object to Dex throwing himself into danger once he’s acting on Sonny’s upcoming orders.
At Pentonville, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be on high alert, so he may try to figure out whether Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) truly wants to be a friend or foe.
General Hospital spoilers say Drew will definitely deal with some suspicions behind bars, so stay tuned to see how he’ll handle any escalating threats.
