General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of July 3-7 reveal that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will receive something special as he prepares to say goodbye to his freedom. Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) might have a little farewell present for her dad, but it’s also possible Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will be the one behind this parting gift.
Regardless, Carly will meet with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) so they can work through any lingering strain between them.
Although Sam still won’t be happy about Drew taking the blame for Carly’s sake, she’ll know Drew made his choice and ignored Carly’s wishes.
Next, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will be alarmed, so she may run into some trouble when it comes to changing her story about the stolen bracelet.
Selina Wu (Lydia Look) expects Gladys to follow orders and get Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) off the hook, but Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will battle some suspicions.
We should mention that there won’t be a new episode on Tuesday, July 4.
The show will air a repeat for the Fourth of July holiday, so you can catch Sonya Eddy’s (Epiphany Johnson) tribute again if you missed it or just want to watch it once more.
On Wednesday, July 5, the action will pick back up with another all-new episode and plenty of Port Charles drama.
That’s when Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will call for a meeting with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), so could this be about trying to force “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) into treatment?
Whatever the case, Tracy will prove it’s her way or the highway, so anyone standing in her path had better watch out!
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will also deliver a warning, so Tracy will no doubt ignore it if she’s on the receiving end.
We’ll see Tracy juggle some schemes – including the one she’s got in motion at Deception – so she’ll be counting on Brook Lynn to come through for her with info on The Deceptor wand.
Over with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), her investigation into Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) shady activities and financial records could bring some shockers for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).
Later, Martin will react to someone’s proposition, so he’ll have to decide whether he’s on board with a pitch that comes his way. That could lead to Martin digging a bigger hole with Lucy since he’s letting the lies pile up.
Meanwhile, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will hope the storm has passed her by when it comes to the whole SEC nightmare.
That’s been a mess of Nina’s own making, but she’ll receive some positive updates and hope “Eddie” never remembers that she snitched.
Other GH spoilers say Molly Lansing-Davis (currently played by Holiday Mia Kriegel) will confide in Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) as she copes with all the family-planning setbacks.
Although Molly decided to put her baby-making goals on hold, Kristina will no doubt give her a pep talk.
This could set the stage for Kristina to make an amazing offer, so she may carry a baby for Molly and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) down the line.
As for TJ, he’ll get some guidance from Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) as he tries to give Molly the space she needs.
While Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) shares his remorse with someone, Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will give Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) some encouragement.
Could that lead to Finn and Liz embracing another chance at romance?
Time will tell, but Liz will also hang out with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and exchange advice with her as well.
Across town, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will have to figure out what’s next – especially with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) off in Chechnya.
That could give Anna an opportunity to do some soul-searching and nail down what the future holds now that she’s no longer tied to the WSB.
Anna will hold firm on a choice she makes, so we’ll see if that’s a good thing or a bad thing!
