General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of March 20-24 tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will get into an argument. That could easily distract Anna and Valentin long enough for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) to sneak out of the safe house.
Lucy is beside herself over this Nurses Ball situation, so it looks like she’ll ultimately refuse to miss the big event.
That should lead to Lucy escaping and making a grand entrance at the party when the time is right.
In the meantime, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will make some difficult decisions when it comes to protecting his family from the new enemy he’s facing. Even so, you can bet that Sonny will be ready to strike back!
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will worry about the recent threat to Sonny’s life and may fear this mysterious foe will strike again.
Sonny will get brutally honest with someone, so we’ll see if that’s about this threat and his plan to handle it.
Over with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), she’ll have a special request of some sort.
We’ll also see Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) discover something shocking, so we’ll see if that throws a wrench in his scheme with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
Next, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will get excellent advice from Willow, who may push him back in Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) direction.
Chase will likely get honest about wanting Brook Lynn back, so the least BLQ can do is be honest in return.
Brook Lynn will make a confession, so she may come clean to Chase about her deal with Linc Brown (Dan Buran) and the loophole she plans to use to get out of it.
After Maxie decides to come through for a friend, she’ll make Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) an intriguing offer.
That could lead to Cody bonding with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) again and perhaps admitting the DNA truth like Dante suggested.
Elsewhere, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will quiz Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), so she may be curious about Jordan’s feelings for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and whether she intends to make any moves now that his marriage is in jeopardy.
Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) won’t want Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to give up on her future with Curtis, so he’ll give her a pep talk.
As for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll be a bundle of anxiety.
Liz will have good reasons to be nervous, so we’ll see if this involves Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) imminent departure for Stanford or something else.
Whatever the case, Cameron will bump into Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and share some awkward moments with her later, so this may bring a bittersweet goodbye.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will have an uncomfortable encounter of her own with Curtis, so weird tension will remain due to the potential paternity news.
Other GH spoilers say Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will consider her options and express skepticism.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will have a strategy that he hopes will work in his favor, but he may regret it if he tries to trick Esme in any way.
Although Spencer will assure Trina that he knows what he’s doing, that may not truly be the case.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will also get an unwanted visitor, so that could be Victor or someone deadly that he sends her way.
Since Victor believes Laura is responsible for the pathogen he ingested, the war is on!
Across town, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will have a big surprise for Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs).
That could involve something fun for the Nurses Ball or at least poignant if it’s in memory of Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).
Gladys may feel guilty over the secret she’s keeping since Sasha doesn’t know about her mother-in-law’s gambling debt – or the fact that Gladys used Brando’s garage to cover it.
That’s the real reason Gladys sold the garage to Selina Wu (Lydia Look), so Sasha has to find out sooner or later.
Until then, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will get some updates that leave her rattled, so that may be related to Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) apparent terminal diagnosis.
