General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of September 18-22 reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will assist someone in need, so that could involve helping Blair Cramer (Kassie DePaiva) at the Metro Court.
Regardless, Blair will make her ex-husband, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), miserable while she’s in Port Charles and will meet with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) since they’re apparently Deception lawsuit partners.
Over with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll find himself in disbelief.
Valentin will encounter someone shocking – and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will get a visitor that rattles her as well.
That could motivate Anna to dig for more answers about Pikeman and the incident at the Metro Court pool, but she’ll ultimately hit a brick wall in her investigation.
As for Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), he’ll have some good reasons to be unsettled – most likely due to Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) continued harassment and threats.
Selina may prove relentless when it comes to trying to get her hands on The Savoy, but Marshall will stand his ground despite his growing concerns.
In the meantime, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will feel like an outsider, so she may worry that she’s failing to truly reconnect with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and heal what’s broken between them.
On a happier note, “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will be thrilled when someone hires him for a performance.
Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) should continue to bond with “Eddie,” but she’d obviously prefer if he could remember his past and be her husband again.
Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have a warning for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), so they both may need to proceed with caution as Mason Gatlin’s (Nathanyael Grey) boss plots revenge.
It’s just a matter of time until Sonny realizes Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has been targeting him from behind bars, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens once that revelation comes to light.
Until then, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will land in danger at Pentonville, so he may find himself under fire because of Cyrus’ anger toward Sonny.
Elsewhere, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will get into a heated argument, so they clearly won’t be on the same page about how to handle the Deception lawsuit and the escalating threat to their finances.
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will also have a chance to share their opinions regarding Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) ALS and what his care should look like.
As for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), she may have an opportunity to return to work without actually resuming her job at the hospital.
That’s because Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will seek a favor from Willow, who might be called to help with some medical emergency related to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) at the cabin with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Across town, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will face some nervousness, but they should be excited, too.
It looks like Trina and Spencer will finally be ready to take the plunge and sleep together for the first time.
Other GH spoilers say Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) will get the news she’s been waiting for, so it sounds like she’ll have something to celebrate along with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) is serving as TJ and Molly’s surrogate, so she may offer updates on her pregnancy and confirm that the procedure worked.
Since Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will befriend someone new, could she hit it off with Andrea and get to know her a bit?
Molly may accuse Kristina of inserting herself in this surrogacy situation if her sister forms a friendship with Andrea.
General Hospital spoilers say there’s much more drama to come between Kristina and Molly, so stay tuned!
