General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will inevitably live to regret the horrible decision she just made. Instead of being patient and hoping Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) might come around, Nina just launched a plan that could torpedo her relationship with her daughter all over again.
The show’s working overtime to turn Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) into a new mother figure for Willow, who even asked Carly to fill in for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and walk her down the aisle.
Willow obviously has a great relationship with Carly – not to mention anything that hurts her almost mother-in-law will also hurt Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
What on earth is Nina thinking when it comes to this whole insider trading fiasco?
Nina is a fool to think she’ll actually get away with this, but her fate’s seemingly been sealed now that she’s pushed Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) to move forward with the takedown.
Carly is set to face SEC consequences – and the same goes for Drew once he gets back from the mission to find Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) along with all the hostages.
Willow cares about Drew as well, so this plan is just a disaster all around.
For someone who wanted to bond with her daughter more than anything, Nina is going out of her way to ensure that Willow hates her guts!
It looks like all the SEC mayhem will blow up thanks to Nina soon, which will lead to a ticking time bomb.
Nina wanted her name kept out of this, so Willow may not realize her birth mom’s behind the nightmare when she reaches out to Nina during the week of May 1-5.
General Hospital spoilers point to a major medical setback for Willow, which is to be expected under the circumstances.
It sounds like Willow will take a turn for the worse and realize this could be her last shot at reconnecting with the woman who gave birth to her.
That may be a powerful motivator when it comes to burying the hatchet.
Willow will have a difficult choice to make, but she’ll ultimately make a request and perhaps summon Nina to her hospital room.
GH fans can expect Nina to make a vow, so she may promise to be the best mother she can be moving forward. Willow may forgive Nina’s past mistakes and offer a clean slate if she makes it out of this ordeal alive.
The problem is Nina may not disclose her latest betrayal before this fresh start goes into effect!
Nina might embrace this second chance with Willow, but it’s probably going to come too late considering this whole SEC situation.
Nina may finally start to bond with Willow – only to have it all fall apart when Willow finds out she turned Carly and Drew in for engaging in insider trading.
That awful news could leave Nina right back where she started in terms of trying to reconnect with her biological daughter.
Since Willow will surely get her eleventh-hour miracle, Nina may have to live with the new damage she’s done to their relationship for quite some time.
