General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, February 10, teases that TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will push Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) to be honest on Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) wedding day.
TJ may suspect that Jordan’s dealing with some lingering love and wondering what might’ve been, but that’s not the real source of her troubles.
Jordan is actually sitting on a major secret that could change Curtis’ life – and she knows he’s about to marry a woman who’s been lying to him for years.
Portia hasn’t told the truth about Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) paternity, but there’s a good chance Curtis is her biological father.
Nevertheless, Portia will try to tell herself the secret never has to come out as she shares her special day with Trina.
There’ll be a sweet mother-daughter moment where Portia perhaps offers a keepsake or maybe even gives her approval on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) to accompany Trina to the ceremony.
Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) may also have something special in mind for Curtis, who would love for his dad to perform a clarinet solo at the nuptials.
Since Marshall doesn’t have his genetic results back yet, he’s wary of taking a risk and potentially having a disruptive episode at the event.
If Marshall gets those results in time and learns he doesn’t have schizophrenia after all, it might give him the confidence to play.
Then again, Marshall may simply take Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) advice about playing from the heart and hope for the best.
Regardless, Marshall will seek a favor from Drew before the wedding, so this might pave the way for Marshall’s unexpected song.
Meanwhile, Curtis will declare that he’s never been “more sure” of anything in his life.
Although Curtis will put his trust in Portia and prepare to say some forever vows, the paternity secret will cause chaos in the episodes ahead.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is set to serve as a fill-in wedding officiant, so she’ll chat with Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) as the final preparations get underway.
Taggert may open up about what a joy it is to be Trina’s dad, but the rug will be pulled out from under him soon.
At Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) house, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will feel like Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) going MIA is a game-changer.
Finn may think there’s no need for Liz to spill anything to the cops when the main perp is gone.
Next, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will strategize with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) and push for help getting rid of Nikolas’ corpse permanently.
It needs to happen ASAP – just in case Liz decides to confess to the cops, which could unleash tons of police officers on Wyndemere.
In Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) room at GH, she’ll urge Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to accept that she’s going to die.
Willow may think they should discuss palliative care as she urges Michael to go on without her.
Michael will push Willow to keep fighting, but she’ll want to make sure everything’s squared away in the event of her passing.
Willow will hope Michael’s willing to raise the kids, lean on his loved ones and let himself love someone else someday.
Michael will face a tricky situation since he’ll want to tell Willow what she needs to hear.
At the same time, Michael certainly won’t be ready to surrender to death knocking on Willow’s door.
Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll give Nina more reassurance about Willow and mention something that’s ready whenever she is.
Sonny might urge Nina to move in with him at some point since that’s the next logical step.
Afterward, Nina will make a special delivery involving a significant present.
Whether that involves a half-heart pendant for Willow or something else that’s sentimental, Nina may make sure Willow gets it.
Liesl Obrecht Kathleen Gati) will await test results to find out if she could be Willow’s bone marrow donor, so she’ll struggle while she hopes for good news.
