General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, March 24, teases that Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will be baffled over a discovery at Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) house.
Marshall will catch Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) sneaking around and wonder why she’s acting like this isn’t her home.
Trina may admit it doesn’t feel that way anymore – at least not when she’s upset with Portia and feeling awkward around Curtis.
However, GH fans know Marshall has a knack for explaining things to Trina and putting her mind at ease.
Trina may take another step toward making amends with those closest to her thanks to Marshall’s advice.
Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will make it clear that the only path to freedom is Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) takedown.
Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) will be tasked with wearing a wire for the next step, but she’ll immediately object to the idea.
Eileen will tell Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to keep that wire or the deal’s off.
Of course, Valentin might point out that Eileen really isn’t in a position to negotiate – or maybe he’ll find some alternative when it comes to this Victor setup.
Regardless, Valentin’s trap will hit a snag thanks to Eileen’s complaints.
Eileen will remain terrified of Victor since she knows what he’s capable of and could become his next deadly victim.
After Victor’s visit to Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will have some concerns about the head of the Cassadine clan as well.
We’ll see Esme get creeped out and voice her worries to Laura, who may agree Victor can be awfully unsettling.
Although Laura will promise to protect Esme and Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) under her roof, Esme will still hear alarm bells in her head.
Once Victor meets with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) privately, they’ll get down to the nitty-gritty of this custody fight and how Spencer hopes to win.
Victor will need Spencer to spell out what he wants Esme’s fate to be.
Spencer could hold Esme’s life in his hands depending on what he tells Victor.
Since Victor has a habit of killing people who stand in his way, he may offer to take that route with Esme.
Spencer might think there are other less lethal ways of dealing with Esme and urge Victor to try those instead.
Naturally, Spencer could change his mind down the road if Esme manages to push him to his limit again.
Over with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), he’ll get some new orders as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) schemes against his latest enemy.
Sonny’s priority will be exposing this threat and taking his adversary down before too much damage is done.
Dex will be with Sonny when he speaks with Selina Wu (Lydia Look), which could lead to some troubling news.
Selina may know something that catches Sonny off guard and leaves him even more determined to take down his mysterious rival.
Finally, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will bump into Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and perhaps bid her farewell.
Since Cam’s departure for Stanford is rapidly approaching, he’ll have a few more things to say before his tough goodbye.
