General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, November 20, reveals that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will wake up to a surprise outside her dorm room. Once Trina realizes Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) been out there all night, she’ll let him in and decide this is the right time for their make-or-break relationship talk.
Although they’ll get off to a rocky start, Spencer will eventually agree to make Trina more of a priority and accept that he needs to be Ace Cassadine’s (Jay and Joey Clay) brother, not his father.
Trina will appreciate the effort Spencer’s putting into making up with her, so they’ll get their relationship back on track – at least for now.
Next, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will tell Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that they need a new gameplan now that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) is no longer “Eddie Maine.”
Michael will insist nothing has changed when it comes to their ELQ takeover goal, but he’ll agree about needing a new strategy.
Once Michael gets updates on Ned’s arrival, he’ll tell Drew that it’s showtime!
There’ll be some bickering about the future of ELQ since Ned, Drew and Michael will all have such strong opinions.
At some point, Ned will inform Michael and Drew that he’s got some news regarding the SEC drama, but he may stop short of revealing that he knows Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) was behind it.
Of course, Michael is already in the loop on Nina’s role in ratting out Drew and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), but he’ll keep holding that shocker over Nina’s head for now.
Michael is the reason Nina offered to sell Carly back her half of the hotel, but Carly will remain confused and curious on Monday’s episode.
That’s why Carly will corner Nina alone and urge her to get real about why she’s really doing this.
Nina obviously won’t come clean about Michael’s blackmail, so she’ll apparently spin another story about putting the past to rest and hope Carly gets on board.
Carly will indeed make an important choice on Monday, so we’ll see if she decides to buy back her half of the Metro Court after all.
Although Carly rejected Michael’s offer to help, she might change her mind or perhaps find an alternative she can live with.
At The Invader, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will hear about Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) malpractice lawsuit and offer some legal guidance.
Finn could lose his career if he doesn’t do exactly what he’s supposed to, so Alexis will really stress that point.
Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) might express concern to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about the hospital lawsuit as well, but Liz may think Terry and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are doing everything right.
As for Terry’s deepening relationship with Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi), Liz might offer advice on that too and act like Terry shouldn’t bee afraid to fall harder.
Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will worry about Adam Wright (Joshua Benard), who’ll work himself into another tizzy and seem panicked at GH.
Adam might stress over trying to get more pills so he can stay focused and get his parents off his back.
Josslyn won’t understand why Adam’s being so hard on himself and might urge him to stop caring so much what his disapproving mom and dad think.
At the recording studio, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will share some words of encouragement with Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), who’ll likely be recording a more personal, folksy song this time around.
Brook Lynn talked to Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) about Blaze’s desire to take her career in a new direction, so Blaze may sing a song she wrote instead of the usual pop material that’s been written for her.
The new lyrics involve Blaze being unable to confess her feelings to a love interest, so she might hope to change that by inviting Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) to the recording session.
This song could serve as Blaze’s confession in a way, so it could mark a nice turning point toward her upcoming romance with Kristina.
As for the Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) cliffhanger that everyone’s waiting to learn more about, fans may have to wait even longer!
Austin isn’t in Monday’s spoilers – nor does he appear in Monday’s preview clip or the Weekly promo video.
General Hospital spoilers say things aren’t looking good for Austin, so someone may come along and discover his body in a later episode.
