General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, February 23, teases that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will feel guilty for lying to Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and will wonder how much longer she should do it.
Since Willow doesn’t think she’s going to survive her leukemia battle, she may worry about pretending everything is fine.
Willow may fear it’ll do more damage if Wiley is blindsided by her death, but Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) won’t want Willow to abandon all hope.
Regardless, Carly will likely promise that Wiley will be in good hands no matter what.
Willow is trying to make some plans for after she’s gone, so she should be glad when Carly offers reassurance.
At GH, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will provoke Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and kick off quite a shouting match.
Since Drew forgave Carly for her deception so quickly, Nina will blast him for that.
Nina will also blame Carly for robbing her of precious time with Willow and giving the rift between them a chance to widen.
However, Drew will think Nina needs to look in the mirror if she wants someone to blame!
As far as Drew’s concerned, Nina’s own behavior will be why Willow isn’t accepting her now.
By the end of this conversation, Nina will deliver a fierce warning.
Drew’s decision to support Carly will give Nina a beef with them both – and that could lead to bad news if she ends up taking them both down for insider trading.
On the bright side, Willow’s prognosis should improve before the week winds down.
Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) seems poised to be Willow’s bone marrow donor match once the test results are revealed.
Until then, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will ask Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) for a favor.
Brook Lynn will be tasked with facilitating a truce between Sonny and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), but that may prove impossible.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will make love to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who won’t want to get off this rollercoaster of hormones and emotions.
The magnetic pull between Josslyn and Dex is powerful, but it’ll also leave her fearful of losing him.
Josslyn’s concerns will grow stronger after Dex makes a confession – one that involves telling only part of the truth.
Dex may admit that he’s secretly planning Sonny’s downfall, but he may not mention Michael is the brains of the operation.
Whatever the case, Josslyn will realize Dex is playing with fire and could easily get burned.
Over with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), she’ll be a woman on a mission. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will seem wary of Sasha’s plan, but her mind will be made up.
According to Sasha’s February sweeps info, she’ll go after justice.
Sasha will become a key player when it comes to taking someone down, so will it be Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) for exploiting her daughter-in-law’s guardianship?
Cody may get caught in the middle of all that since he influences the poker games Gladys has been losing in.
Although Cody will need to be careful due to Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) temper, he may still try to help Sasha.
Cody will give Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) updates on what he believes is criminal activity.
Sam will also offer a warning to Dante as she fears a brutal outcome, so it seems they’ll be tangled up in all this, too.
