General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, July 20, indicates that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will remain out of control at the Metro Court pool, where she just pierced Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) in the back.
Before Sasha can jab again, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will cry out to put an end to the madness.
Sasha will eventually come to her senses and freak when she sees the damage she’s done.
While Cody is transported to GH for treatment, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will fret over Sasha going off the rails – especially since the meds that Gladys had Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) prescribe are the reason why.
Over with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll land in a situation where she’s forced to mediate, so she may try to push Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Brook Anne Smith) in the direction of peace.
However, Molly’s view of Kristina will prove hurtful and leave her sister feeling like the loser of the family.
Although Molly acts like Kristina always has to be the center of attention, Kristina actually feels forgotten and cast aside most of the time.
At some point, it looks like Sam will meet up with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and wonder about the trouble she’s gotten into, so this could involve a conversation about the challenges of employing Esme Prince (Avery Pohl).
At Pentonville, Esme will surprise Heather Webber (Alley Mills) when she arrives looking for info on her history.
Alexis pushed Esme to dig into her past, so that’s what Esme will do as she seeks Heather’s help.
Next, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) will speak with Ava Jerome (Maura West) about their attraction and how it could possibly save them from a grim fate.
Ava may doubt that, but Austin will explain how it could work to their advantage.
Unfortunately, Austin may be getting too smug about the whole situation since a crisis is coming up that’s related to the mystery boss and her organization.
Back at Pentonville, Cyrus will try to put an end to something, so Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may get updates on his plans and become wary.
Since Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) doctors will kick Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and his other loved ones out of the room, that’ll leave Trina nervous about why.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) will support Trina in her time of need, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) clearly wishes he’d back off and let Trina move on with someone less complicated.
Although it seems Spencer will make a promise on Thursday’s show, Portia will doubt that he’ll actually be able to keep it.
TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) might ultimately share some news on Curtis, who may be partially paralyzed since there was significant damage to the spine area.
