General Hospital Update: Thursday, July 27 – Nightmare Reality, Spilled Suspicions and Enemies’ Truce Tested

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, July 27, indicates that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will feel like she’s living a nightmare at Ferncliff, where she’ll be restrained and alone when she awakens.

Sasha will call out hoping somewhere can hear her, but something tells us the employees won’t be too kind. Ferncliff is a notoriously awful place to be, so Sasha may find herself desperate to get out of these dreadful circumstances.

At Kelly’s, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will catch Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) off guard by revealing that she took over ownership.

Nina promised Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) that she’d put all the Carly clashing behind her, but there’ll still be a tense vibe on Thursday’s GH episode.

Carly will want Nina to know that she intends on reclaiming everything she’s lost, so Nina may wish her luck and keep trying to honor Willow’s wishes.

Of course, Nina will have to be careful not to slip up when it comes to the secret she’s hiding. Carly doesn’t know that Nina’s the reason for all the SEC drama – and Nina would like to keep it that way!

Next, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will have an attitude as she asks what on earth is going on at Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) apartment.

Maxie’s kids might be a bit unruly due to the cramped quarters they’re all living in.

General Hospital spoilers say Maxie will once again contemplate moving somewhere bigger, so she might make an offer on Carly’s house.

If so, that could leave Maxie’s apartment free for Carly to move in with Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears).

Over with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), he’ll remain wary of Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) and will try to get someone on his side when it comes to suspecting her involvement in Sasha’s downward spiral.

As for Gladys herself, she’ll have some terrible news to share – and it could put her on Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) bad side again.

Gladys may offer Selina updates on some guardianship drama since it’ll presumably be hard for her to keep stealing money while Sasha’s locked up.

Across town, Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) will assure Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) that she’s fine after her offscreen accident.

Sam will be glad about Molly and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) patching things up, but she’ll also wonder where things stand regarding the surrogacy.

After Sam asks how Molly would feel if she never had any children with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), it could put things into perspective for her sister.

Molly may realize she’s just not going to be satisfied unless she starts a family with TJ – and Kristina could be the perfect person to help her achieve that dream.

At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will tell Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) spewing anger at her and calling for an annulment.

Liz may push Portia to see that Curtis is mostly just angry with the situation right now.

Curtis hasn’t had time to fully accept the news about him never being able to walk again, so Portia needs to keep that in mind.

That said, Curtis is right about Portia robbing him of 20 years with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

Portia can’t undo the past, but Elizabeth might urge her to fight for her future with Curtis – even when he’s not ready to do that.

While Liz quizzes Portia about her next move, Curtis will hope somebody can grant him a request. That could be Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) since he’s going to counsel someone on Thursday’s show.

Curtis might hope Finn can reach out to his doctors and get him some information since he’s still waiting on a formal prognosis.

As for the annulment Curtis mentioned, will he reach out to an attorney about that soon?

Portia may have some work to do if she hopes to save this marriage, so stay tuned!

CDL will have other scorching General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to read up on, so stop by frequently.
