General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, February 21, teases that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will alert Kevin Collins (Genie Francis) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) guilt in the hook case, so that’ll lead to trying to nail down her motives.
The final puzzle pieces may click into place when it comes to Heather being Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) bio mom.
Alexis will likely call Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) in the aftermath and give him all the latest updates.
Of course, Alexis will also plan to report on this whole Esme, Heather and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) saga.
It turns out things are about to take another dramatic turn on Spoon Island since Esme is currently in labor.
Ryan is the best chance Esme and the baby have at a safe delivery, but she obviously can’t trust him.
There’s always a risk of Ryan grabbing the kid and making a run for it by the end of all this.
However, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will do their best to stop Ryan’s reign of terror.
Thanks to Heather’s decision to sell Ryan out and rile Ava Jerome (Maura West) up, Ava may be Ryan’s biggest threat of all.
GH spoilers say someone’s confession will shock Ava, so that should be Heather’s since she’s about to tattle on Ryan.
Heather will apparently point the finger at Ryan for giving Esme orders and helping her burn Ava’s life to the ground.
Whether Heather confesses her own connection to Esme or not, she’ll keep the blame on Ryan.
It’ll make Ava want to end Ryan’s obsession with her once and for all, so she should head into the woods soon.
There’ll be gunfire on Spoon Island by midweek, so Ryan could take a bullet.
It’ll be interesting to see if Ryan delivers Esme’s baby first or Ava might have to take over.
Meanwhile, it looks like Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will check on Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) and try to put pressure on his wound until he can get proper medical care.
Austin will be fading fast, so let’s hope Felicia gets some backup ASAP.
At the gallery, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will want to keep kissing Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), but Alexis will eventually reach out with new details on Esme, Heather and Ryan.
While Spencer and Trina’s dreamy night together gets cut short, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will seethe over Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) deception and fill Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) in on what happened.
Marshall will find out Trina could be Curtis’ biological daughter, so he’ll be sorry that Portia hid such a massive secret.
Even so, Marshall understands better than anyone how you can feel backed into a corner with no choice but to lie.
With that in mind, Marshall may encourage forgiveness, but Curtis just won’t think that he can give that to Portia.
General Hospital spoilers say Portia will hope for another chance, but she’ll definitely have some work to do if she wants to rebuild trust with Curtis!
