General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, July 11, indicates that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will block Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) path and put her on full blast. Since Josslyn spied Esme touching Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) arm after their parenting class, she’ll be quick to speak her mind.
Josslyn will rehash Esme’s awful history and make it clear that Spencer would never in a million years want to be with her.
Esme will get frustrated since she doesn’t feel like the same person she used to be, but Josslyn won’t think that matters since Esme is still guilty of despicable crimes.
Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), they’ll discuss what happened at the Metro Court pool and try to nail down which one of them was the most likely target.
As for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), he’ll worry that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) may not survive the risky surgery ahead. Curtis lost a lot of blood and was hit near his spine, so he’s definitely in bad shape.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will also panic over the threat of paralysis, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) may insist they should just take one things step at a time and hope that Curtis will come out of this OK.
Across town, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) and Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will use each other as confidants, but the terrible news about Curtis will derail their discussion and send them off to the hospital soon.
When Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) catches up with Sonny, she’ll be relieved to see that he’s unharmed. However, Nina will quickly realize there’s something that Sonny isn’t telling her.
GH spoilers say Nina will demand the whole truth, so Sonny will come clean about Curtis getting wounded and rushed to the hospital with a significant injury to his back.
While Nina reacts to Sonny’s shocker, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will realize life’s too short to hold back your true feelings.
What happened to Curtis will serve as a good reminder of that, so Finn and Liz will have a candid conversation about where they really stand.
It looks like Liz and Finn may get on the same page about reigniting their romance, so they may agree to try again and see what happens.
It’s always a risk when you put your heart out there – especially the second time around – but Finn and Liz may think it’s worth since they still feel so connected.
