General Hospital Update: Tuesday, Tuesday, July 18 – Emergency Solution, Stunning Secret Swap and Glimmer of Hope

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, July 18, indicates that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will surprise Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) in the best possible way. There was a time when Chase would’ve flipped out over Brook Lynn keeping things from him, but now he’s more focused on having a mature relationship.

Of course, that means sticking together when problems strike and supporting each other despite their flaws.

Although secrecy has been a big issue for Brook Lynn, Chase may convince her to stop holding back and have some faith in their bond.

Brook Lynn already confessed Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) leverage, so she might as well admit the spying she’s been doing at Deception and completely unburden herself.

In the meantime, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will shut down Tracy’s rant long enough to offer his gratitude. Regardless of Tracy’s motives, Gregory will be thankful that she helped get Chase reinstated at the PCPD.

In Pine Valley, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will be stuck in a legal jam thanks to their decision to dupe Jackson Montgomery (Walt Willey).

Since Felicia and Lucy will need someone to come to their rescue in police custody, Lucy will think she knows the perfect person to get in touch with.

It’s possible Lucy will want to reach out to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) since he’s an attorney, but Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is another option since he could perhaps pull some cop-related strings.

Then again, Lucy might suggest Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) could vouch for them since Jack remembered her during their earlier conversation.

Whatever the case, Anna will have a visitor back in Port Charles. Mac will arrive hoping that Felicia might’ve reached out to Anna since he won’t be able to find her for updates.

Since we know Mac will offer to help somehow, that offer could be for Anna or Lucy and Felicia depending on how it all plays out.

Next, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will slam “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) when he tries to step up in a less than authentic way.

Tracy urged Ned to feign interest in his family if he had to, but Olivia may be firmly against that idea.

However, “Eddie” may prove that he’s truly trying to be there for Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) when he connects with him through music.

It could give Olivia a glimmer of hope that maybe the real Ned isn’t buried too far down.

As for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), GH spoilers say she’ll push for peace – presumably when more of her own family drama erupts.

The surrogacy situation could leave Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing-Davis (currently played by Holiday Mia Kriegel) at odds once again, but maybe they’ll eventually learn to talk instead of just lashing out at each other.

Across town, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will make a major confession to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about her latest mission.

Dante may grow concerned about Sam getting on Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) bad side if she gets caught snooping in her business.

Nevertheless, Sam will be determined to figure out exactly what Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is tangled up in and whether there’s any hope to get him out of it.

Since Sam will be honest about what she’s been up to, Dante may confess that he plans to help Anna set a risky trap. Sam may worry about Dante putting his life at stake, but he can’t let Anna go through this alone.

General Hospital spoilers say Dante and Sam’s relationship is about to be tested in some new ways, so stay tuned for news on this couple’s future.
