NCIS fans have had quite the week, what with CBS confirming new seasons of the mainline show and its new spinoff, NCIS: Hawaii. However, out of the blue, they also got treated on Wednesday, February 22 to an Instagram post by former star Pauley Perrette. In fact, she reunited with a friend from 15 years ago when they were both in NCIS.

As fans know, Pauley Perrette was a much-loved cast member of the CBS show, NCIS. Perrette played the goth forensic scientist, Abby Sciuto, and has been missing her co-stars. Meanwhile, she treated fans to an Instagram post, revealing her reuniting with a popular co-star from the show.
With fans having been treated to the good news that NCIS and its spinoff, NCIS: Hawaii will have more seasons, they got more great news.
This came on Wednesday when former series regular Pauley revealed an image of herself and a great friend from the show, Lauren Holly.
It has been 15 years since the pair shared the screen together so fans were thrilled to see them together again.
In the sweet Instagram post, Perrett wrote: “Reunited! Me and @laurenholly. Love!”
Fans may recall that Holly played director Jenny Shephard on the show until the current director, Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) took over.
Meanwhile, Pauley’s fans and followers were thrilled to see the two women reunited, if only in a photo.
The comments flowed, with one fan writing, “Abby Sciuto & Director Shepard. Two of my all-time faves.” In a similar vein, another fan wrote, “A couple of my FAVE NCIS women.”
Meanwhile, with it being 15 years since the pair had acted together, one fan couldn’t believe how good they still look.
They commented, writing, “Lovely photo girls. You two aged?? I don’t see it. Just two of the prettiest girls on a past show that made them great heroes.”
Moreover, another fan wrote, “OMG you guys are my idols, I’m so happy to see you both in the same picture!!!”
Yet another fan commented, writing, “Love you both SO much. So… Hollywood is not so big as we were led to believe!”
Among the comments, other fans went on to praise Holly’s short but memorable time on the series as their favorite NCIS director.
