The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Monday, April 3, reveals that the nurse stepped out of the room since the defibrillator was down. That gave Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) another chance to urge John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) to let Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) die.
Sheila was still flatlining as Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) watched the whole thing unfold with wide eyes.
When the nurse returned, Finn shocked Sheila’s heart and eventually got it beating against Li’s wishes.
When Sheila flatlined again, Finn shocked her heart once more until he got a rhythm.
After Finn told the nurse to notify the cardiac team, Sheila began to stir and muttered about her son saving her.
Li was visibly disappointed over Finn saving Sheila’s life, but Finn insisted he couldn’t let her die.
Steffy understood and hugged Finn while Li stepped back inside with Sheila, who was now handcuffed to her hospital bed.
Once Li snapped at Sheila to open her eyes, she warned that Sheila would rot in prison and then in hell.
Sheila tried to jerk her arm and got caught by the handcuffs, so Li asked who was laughing now.
At the Forrester mansion on Monday’s B&B episode, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) insisted that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) was a hero for the act he put on with Sheila.
Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) argued that Sheila was already headed to prison, so she didn’t see why Bill had to work with Ridge, Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) and the FBI.
Bill argued that Sheila wouldn’t have been put behind bars for life, so he had to get a confession for murder one.
Ridge kept praising Bill and confirmed that the plan had worked, so everyone was thrilled over Sheila landing in prison permanently.
Ridge mentioned that Baker caught up with Sheila at Il Giardino, so he faced questions about why she’d go there.
Since Ridge had promised to cover for Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), he acted like maybe Sheila was trying to throw people off.
Regardless, Ridge assured everyone that Sheila was in custody.
Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) was sorry for doubting Ridge and Bill, so he apologized and thanked them both.
Following all Ridge and Bill’s updates, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and Eric Forrester (John McCook) voiced their gratitude as well.
Once Taylor stepped aside with Ridge, she acknowledged that he hadn’t been out soul-searching like she thought.
Ridge cracked some jokes before getting serious about this being over – all of it.
When Taylor asked what that meant, Ridge said his “new best friend” Bill cut a deal to exonerate Taylor for the shooting.
Taylor got emotional over the news and pulled Ridge into a hug.
Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) also embraced Bill after calling him both sneaky and wonderful.
Bill looked at Katie Logan (Heather Tom) over Brooke’s shoulder before Brooke rejoined Taylor nearby.
Ridge asked if saving the day turned Taylor and Brooke on, so they joked about him being “Agent Forrester.”
Taylor said she was definitely feeling something, but she clarified that it was just relief and that’s it.
Ridge could see that Taylor and Brooke’s friendship had stuck, so he wondered if anything else had happened while he was gone.
While the others were celebrating outside, Katie confronted Bill about his deception.
Bill was apologetic and hated how he’d been forced to let everyone believe he was letting them down, especially Katie.
Now that it was over, Bill yanked off his sword necklace. Katie slapped Bill before planting a kiss on him and talking about how maddening he was.
There was no one like Bill, who’d go to such extraordinary lengths to get what he wanted.
Katie said that was why she left Bill, but it was also why she loved him.
Bill caressed Katie’s face and hair tenderly as they shared an emotional moment.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Katie and Bill still have a lot to figure out about this next chapter, so stay tuned.
