The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Monday, May 15, reveals that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) remained on edge at Spencer Publications, where he asked if maybe it was time for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to reach out to Trevor (Ryan Stroud) the Forrester pilot for updates.
Steffy insisted Trevor would call once the plane was fixed, but he wasn’t expecting the issue to be resolved tonight.
Liam grumbled about Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) being alone at the hotel with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and warned that he could forgive a lot of things, but “not that – never THAT!”
Of course, Liam was suggesting he couldn’t forgive a crossed line. As he continued to worry, Liam said he could’ve predicted situations like this would happen when Hope agreed to bring Thomas back to her line.
Steffy didn’t think Thomas would initiate anything with Hope, so Liam insisted he’d better not.
Liam added that he refused to let anything interfere in his marriage, especially not Thomas.
In San Francisco, Trevor’s call interrupted Hope and Thomas’ near kiss. Since Trevor had good news about the plane being repaired, he said they could take off just as soon as Hope and Thomas got to the airport.
Hope filled Liam in over the phone and said she couldn’t wait to be in his arms again, but she still seemed rattled over her earlier close moment with Thomas.
After Liam let Steffy know that the jet was headed home, Steffy claimed Thomas wasn’t the one to be concerned about since he had his head on straight.
Liam said he really wanted to believe that.
Once Thomas canceled the room he reserved earlier, he boarded the jet with Hope. Both Hope and Thomas assured Trevor that they understood about the delay.
After Hope took off her jacket, she settled in for the ride back to Los Angeles with Thomas.
Since Hope neck had seized up due to all the stress, Thomas reached over to massage the knot out of it.
That left Hope flustered and seemingly turned on due to Thomas having his hands on her neck.
Trevor eventually announced that they should prep for landing soon, so Hope seemed rattled as she looked over at Thomas.
At the cliff house, Steffy told John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about the trip and plane delay, which led to Steffy voicing her concerns over something Liam said.
Steffy pointed out that if Hope ever crossed the line with Thomas, Liam wouldn’t be able to forgive her.
Finn didn’t see the problem since Steffy trusted Thomas not to get fixated again, but Steffy confessed that Hope was the one to worry about now.
Back at Spencer Publications on Monday’s B&B episode, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) scolded Liam since he was too distracted to work.
Liam admitted that Thomas and Hope got stuck in San Francisco together, but Wyatt thought it all worked out since the plane was ultimately fixed.
Although Liam knew he should be reassured by Steffy’s faith in Thomas, her belief that Thomas was a changed man made him feel even more alone in his stance.
