The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, April 27, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) hinted about unfinished business and assured John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) that she’d be fine facing Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) alone.
After Steffy left, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) visited Finn and admitted she wished she never found out about Jack Finnegan’s (Ted King) affair or the fact that Sheila was Finn’s birth mother.
That said, Li refused to let her mind live in the past and thought the only thing that mattered was Finn, Steffy and their children being safe from Sheila.
When Steffy sauntered in the prison visiting area, Sheila assumed she was there to berate and humiliate her.
Although Sheila thought Steffy should try showing some compassion, Steffy certainly didn’t have any.
Sheila pushed Steffy to consider how she’d feel if she found out her life was a lie and that Finn never really loved her.
Steffy insisted that would never happen and warned that hell would freeze over before she ever felt an ounce of sympathy for Sheila.
Although Steffy felt Sheila was getting everything she deserved, Sheila asked how she could be so heartless and reminded Steffy that Finn shared the same blood with her.
When Sheila tried to act like Finn proved his love by saving her life, Steffy argued that Finn was simply a kind and loving man who tried to see the best in people – even people like Sheila.
However, Steffy insisted Sheila was a monster who would be erased from memory.
Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris) would never even know Sheila’s name since Steffy and Finn would so thoroughly wipe her out.
As Steffy started to leave, Sheila got on her feet and said she’d be back.
After Sheila declared that she wouldn’t be locked up in this place forever, she warned that Steffy hadn’t seen the last of her!
At Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) mansion, he seemed skeptical of the streaming service that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) had just acquired, but they offered updates on the situation and sold him on the good news.
Bill ended up talking about the time he’d lost taking Sheila down and wanted to get it back – starting with Katie Logan (Heather Tom).
Wyatt and Liam wondered if Bill really thought he had another shot with Katie, so he replied with an enthusiastic “absolutely.”
Although Bill had grand plans to reconnect with Katie on the Stella Maris, Liam worried that maybe he was underestimating her connection with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).
Nevertheless, Bill was adamant that he’d fight for Katie, win and make sure she came back to him.
In bed together, Katie woke up and realized Carter had been watching her sleep.
Carter hinted about needing to get to work soon and mentioned Katie’s upcoming date with Bill.
Katie corrected Carter since it wasn’t a date; they were just going to talk.
Even so, Carter didn’t trust Bill and made that known before Katie distracted him by making love again.
Afterward, Katie admitted she had a slightly inappropriate question and asked what it was like with Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer).
Carter thought answering that would bring a lose-lose situation, but Katie insisted she was a modern woman and could handle his response.
Looking back, Carter suggested that it was a bad time for both of them, so he helped Quinn feel seen – and she did the same for him.
Carter talked about the powerful attraction and the incredible time they had sleeping together, but he acted like that’s all it was since Quinn left him.
After Carter played up the fact that he’d truly made love with Katie, he said it was so much better. In fact, it was the best thing ever!
Katie approved of Carter’s take on the situation in Thursday’s B&B episode and pulled him into a steamy kiss.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Katie and Carter’s romance will come with some major hurdles eventually, so stay tuned.
