The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Thursday, October 19 – Li Shoves Sheila’s Face in Pasta Bolognese

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, October 19, reveals that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) talked to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) about Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) messed-up relationship with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

This felt like a betrayal to Hope since she didn’t believe Sheila was magically cured after being so reckless.

After Hope decided Deacon’s love for her might be what they needed to work in their favor, she took off for her dad’s apartment.

At Deacon’s place, Sheila was dressed in her Il Giardino uniform for her first day on the job.

Deacon pointed out that he’d gone to bat for Sheila, which meant she had to stop obsessing about John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Sheila seemed upset over Deacon asking her to give up on her son, but Deacon argued that they could only build a future together if she stayed out of Finn and Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) lives.

Deacon kept pushing Sheila to promise that she’d stay away, so Sheila insisted she just wanted to lead a quiet life and wasn’t looking to cause conflict.

After Deacon sent Sheila off to work, he looked a bit pensive.

At Il Giardino, Sheila told Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) that she knew Deacon had told him to keep an eye on her, but she acted like he was taking that to the extreme and said he could blink!

Hollis handed Sheila a tray of drinks and told her to take it slow, but she replied that it wasn’t her first rodeo before approaching some customers.

After Finn left Steffy a voicemail in his office, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) was glad to see that he was focusing on his family.

Although Li felt it was time to bring Steffy, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks) home, Finn said it wasn’t that simple – especially now that Sheila was in love with Deacon.

Li scoffed at the notion that Deacon could somehow keep everyone safe and begged Finn to tell her that he wasn’t buying it.

Finn pointed out that Sheila had always wanted to be loved, so he hoped that maybe Deacon’s love would be enough.

Li argued that Sheila wanted Finn’s love, but Finn insisted he’d tried everything except walk Sheila out of Los Angeles himself.

Since Steffy wouldn’t come back until Sheila was no longer a threat, Finn hoped that maybe Deacon could be the answer.

Li got updates on Deacon hiring Sheila at Il Giardino, but she snapped that Sheila belonged back in prison.

After Li said there had to be a way to get Sheila locked up again, she rushed out the door.

Once Li arrived at Il Giardino, she made herself a very problematic patron. Li called Sheila a “despicable, diabolical creature,” but Sheila pretended to play nice and served her sparkling water.

After Li smashed her glass on purpose and called it an accident, she took great pleasure in watching Sheila clean it up.

Li also wondered if Sheila cleaned toilets during her prison stint and suggested she might have the chance to do it again.

Sheila argued that she wasn’t going back to prison since she was a changed woman with Deacon in her life.

Once Sheila vowed that she wasn’t a threat to Steffy and Finn, she acknowledged that Finn was Li’s son.

Li wondered what would happen when Deacon kicked Sheila to the curb, but Sheila argued there would still be nothing to worry about if they broke up.

Sheila insisted she made a promise and kept trying to convince Li as Hollis walked over with a plate of Bolognese.

Li said she didn’t order anything, but Sheila suggested it was on the house since Li seemed a little “hangry.”

However, Li pretended to find something in the sauce and got Sheila to lean in close for an inspection.

That gave Li a chance to shove Sheila’s face into the dish, so an angry Sheila wound up with sauce all over her face!

Back in Finn’s office on Thursday’s B&B episode, he sent Steffy a sweet text and gazed at some framed family photos.

At Deacon’s apartment, Hope got the news that Sheila was working at Il Giardino now.

That left Hope wondering how much longer Deacon’s success would last once word got out.

Hope was upset over Deacon throwing away their relationship they’d rebuilt and felt their family should be worth fighting for.

After Hope mentioned Beth Spencer’s (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) birthday party, she argued that Deacon never would’ve been invited if he was with Sheila.

Hope reminded Deacon of everything he’d have to walk away from if he put Sheila first.

Once Hope pushed Deacon to choose his family instead, she warned him to put an end to this mess with Sheila for good.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Deacon and Hope won’t be resolving their conflict anytime soon, so stay tuned for more drama!
