The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, September 7, reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) assured Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that he’d keep Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) away and that she wouldn’t have a choice.
However, Steffy thought Finn was the one who didn’t have a choice here. Sheila would just keep coming back, so Steffy had to make a choice for herself.
After Steffy said she was taking Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks) out of LA, she talked about how exhausted she was.
Steffy previously thought the love she shared with Finn could overcome their Sheila problems, but she just couldn’t do this anymore.
Finn realized that because of him, Sheila was always going to be a danger to Steffy and the kids.
Steffy suggested she could enroll Kelly in an international school and added that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) could come join them overseas.
Finn told Steffy to hang onto their love because he’d find a way to eliminate Sheila from their lives.
What happened on Steffy’s final B&B episode – Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s exit date, September 7, 2023?
Steffy assured Finn that he was always going to be in her heart and told him to never doubt that.
Finn pointed out that they found their way back together once before and insisted they’d do it again. As Steffy cried, Finn held her in his arms.
At Spencer Publications, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) voiced his frustration to Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) about Steffy moving back in the cliff house.
Wyatt thought Liam was disappointed that Steffy was going back to Finn, but Liam eventually admitted he wasn’t totally giving up on the idea of a life with his ex.
Liam added that being overprotective was his “whole thing” and said he wouldn’t let Sheila get within 100 miles of Steffy or the kids.
That was a promise Liam would keep.
At Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) place, Sheila came barging in with complaints about her latest faceoff with Steffy, who was hysterical and did nothing but try to poison Finn against her.
Deacon asked if Sheila could really blame Steffy for that under the circumstances.
Sheila also got updates on Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) visiting Deacon twice since they suspected he had contact with her.
After Sheila ranted about how her relationship with Finn would be different if it weren’t for Steffy, Deacon showed some sympathy for her.
Sheila ultimately said she didn’t think she’d have to worry about Steffy for much longer, so Deacon worried about what that meant.
Fortunately, Sheila didn’t mean she was planning on harming Steffy.
After Sheila said she thought Steffy was still in love with Liam, she insisted Finn could lean on his mother once his heart was broken.
Sheila played up Steffy and Liam’s history as well as the fact that they had a beautiful child together.
Deacon thought Sheila was hoping for something that wasn’t going to happen and called it a fantasy.
Nevertheless, Sheila felt that Steffy would reunite with Liam and that Finn would be free of his problematic wife.
That put a smile on Sheila’s face while Finn sulked over “Sinn” memories back at the cliff house.
Finn declared that he wasn’t giving up on his relationship with Steffy and said he wouldn’t lose his family.
At Spencer Publications again on Thursday’s B&B episode, Steffy stopped by and gave Liam the news about her trip overseas with the kids.
Steffy said that Taylor was going to meet them in Rome for now and begged Liam not to fight her on this.
Liam agreed he’d feel better knowing that Steffy, Kelly and Hayes were as far away from Sheila as possible.
Once Steffy confirmed that Finn wasn’t coming with them, she acknowledged that Sheila would follow him anywhere he went.
Liam assured Steffy that he’d come visit and that he wouldn’t let Steffy or Kelly forget about him.
Steffy needed to get to the airport, but Liam wanted her to know she was a really good mom and that he had faith in her to protect her children.
Liam added that if Steffy needed anything, he’d be on a plane immediately after her call.
Once Liam told Steffy that he’d miss her, he added that he really loved her and always would. Liam pulled Steffy into a hug as she continued to cry over this difficult situation.
