The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Tuesday, April 25 – Taylor Predicts Brooke & Ridge’s Reunion – Thomas Faces RJ

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, April 25, reveals that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) kept trying to sell RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) on the idea of joining the family business, so he offered a new office, parking spot and plenty of perks.

Although RJ acknowledged the amazing work his family had done at the fashion house, he told Ridge, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) that he wanted to pave his own way.

In the design office at Forrester Creations, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) admitted that having RJ back could change the whole dynamic.

After Thomas pushed for Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) true feelings on the RJ news, he struggled to pry a confession out of her.

Taylor insisted she was glad that Ridge and Brooke had their son back, but Thomas wondered if that was really true.

In the end, Taylor admitted she thought RJ’s presence would lead to Brooke and Ridge getting back together. In fact, there was no doubt in Taylor’s mind!

Thomas worried about the pain that might cause his mom, but Taylor insisted she trusted her friendship with Brooke.

After Taylor said she only cared about honesty and transparency, she added that’s what their pact was all about: “friends first.”

Taylor shifted gears and pushed Thomas to share how he felt about RJ being home.

Thomas guessed it was good, but he pointed out that he was older than RJ and didn’t really hang out with him.

Thomas also brought up everything that had gone down recently, but he felt confident that he’d bury the hatchet with RJ.

Taylor said there was no time like the present and dragged Thomas off for a reunion with his brother.

At the cliff house on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) interrupted Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) lovey-dovey moment.

Liam was there to pick up Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras McKinlay) homework, but he stuck around to voice concerns about Thomas.

Finn confessed that he was hesitant about Thomas at first too, but he was glad that he sucked it up and accepted Thomas’ comeback.

Steffy pointed out that she wouldn’t have let Thomas return to Hope’s line if she didn’t think he’d changed.

After Finn left for work, Liam wondered just how much Thomas had changed in Steffy’s eyes.

Steffy thought Thomas was a different person now, but Liam was curious what made her believe that.

Once Steffy mulled it over, she suggested she knew her brother and could tell that he wasn’t hung up on Hope anymore.

Instead, Thomas was focused on his family and being a dedicated designer.

Steffy assured Liam that he shouldn’t feel bad for having reservations.

Liam remained agitated over Hope spending long nights with Thomas, but Steffy defended the work they were doing at Hope for the Future.

Although Liam didn’t want to talk this to death, he was starting to think maybe Thomas wasn’t the only issue.

Liam hinted that maybe there was something with Hope that kept bringing her back to Thomas, too.

Once Taylor made it to the CEO office and hugged RJ, Thomas wasn’t far behind.

RJ praised Thomas’ work on Hope for the Future and shook his brother’s hand, though things still felt rather awkward.

Ridge was one proud papa as he talked about raising both sons with two amazing women.

After Ridge said he loved Thomas and Ridge Jr., he pulled RJ into another hug.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Ridge will keep pushing RJ to get involved in the family business, so stay tuned for updates on how he might succeed.
