The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 10, reveals that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) tried to get to the bottom of Finn Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) reason for visiting, but he ultimately just told her to go talk to Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).
At home, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) worried Deacon might end up resenting her and their romance if he lost Hope.
Deacon reassured Sheila and felt like Hope would eventually accept this once she saw how good they were for each other.
In the Forrester Creations design office, RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) kept flirting with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) and made up silly theories about her mysterious past.
As RJ turned a bit more serious, he assured Luna that he’d keep quiet if there was ever anything she wanted to share with only him.
Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) interrupted and pulled RJ away for some Forrester business, so Luna was left alone with her ringing phone. Once Luna saw that it was her mom calling, she didn’t pick up.
Poppy (Romy Park) called again, so Luna finally answered and got complaints since she’d been ignoring her mom’s attempts to reach out.
Luna defended her internship at Forrester Creations and gushed about how well it was going.
Although Luna mentioned working with Mr. Eric Forrester himself and his grandson, Poppy wasn’t impressed.
Instead, Poppy warned that it was just a matter of time until it all came crashing down.
After Poppy said she was just trying to protect Luna, she added that all her dreams would turn into nightmares.
Poppy insisted that Luna’s aunt would never allow this and once again predicted Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) wrath.
Meanwhile, Li showed up in the main office and was surprised to see Finn.
After Li admitted she wanted to talk to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) about Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and the kids, she questioned Finn’s reason for being there.
Finn said he came to talk to Hope since he was concerned about her, so Li reminded him of the history between Hope and Steffy.
An irritated Li asked if Finn wanted to risk doing something else to push his wife away!
Back with Deacon and Sheila, they were taken aback by Hope’s knock at the door.
Hope called out to Deacon, who decided that today was the day his daughter would find out about his relationship with Sheila.
Deacon told Sheila to give him a minute, so she hid in the bathroom while he let Hope inside.
Since Finn was being so cryptic earlier, Hope wondered if Deacon was in some kind of trouble.
Deacon assured Hope that he was fine before correcting himself and admitting he was better than fine.
Once Deacon confessed that he was in love, Hope was confused since she didn’t even know he was seeing someone.
Deacon hinted about some people not understanding it, including Hope.
After pushing Hope to keep an open mind, Deacon said he’d never do anything to endanger Hope, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) or anyone else.
Hope was really starting to get nervous at this point, so she pushed Deacon to just tell her who he was in love with.
When Sheila came around the corner, she greeted Hope and took Deacon’s hand.
Deacon confirmed that he was in love with Sheila, so furious Hope’s eyes bugged out as she shook her head no.
Back at Forrester Creations on Tuesday’s B&B episode, RJ found Luna looking upset, so she mentioned it was because she got a call from her mom.
Luna hinted about Poppy not wanting her to come to Los Angeles and get into fashion, so she didn’t know how much longer she’d be at the company.
RJ wondered if Luna didn’t want to be there, but she assured him that she did.
That was good news from RJ’s perspective since he spoke to Ridge and Eric about Luna.
RJ insisted they all agreed Luna had a bright future at Forrester, so he didn’t want her thinking this would come to an end.
RJ admitted he didn’t want Luna going anywhere and gave her a big hug.
After more flirting, RJ got called away for another work crisis and left Luna by herself.
Once Li appeared in the doorway, she looked livid and demanded to know what Luna was doing there.
