The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 11, reveals that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) started to walk right out the door over Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) revelation, but he convinced her to stay and hear him out.
Hope insisted there was no way Deacon could explain being in love with “that monster” and held out hope that maybe this was another setup to bring Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) down.
Deacon said it wasn’t and that he was truly in love with Sheila, so Hope’s anger took over as she argued Sheila wasn’t capable of change.
Although Deacon swore that Sheila was reformed and wouldn’t hurt anyone else, Hope wasn’t buying it.
When Sheila tried to speak, Hope shut her down since she didn’t want to hear anything she had to say.
Hope eventually pushed Deacon to look at her and talked about what a loving father he’d turned into.
Deacon had a business and friends who respected him along with a daughter and grandchildren who loved him.
Hope asked if Deacon was really willing to throw all that away for Sheila since that’s what he was risking.
Deacon assured Hope that he loved her more than anything in the world and didn’t want to lose her. However, sometimes love didn’t make sense – and Deacon indeed loved Sheila.
On Wednesday’s B&B episode, livid Hope stood there wiping tears away as she continued trying to process Deacon’s news.
Once Hope was gone, Deacon poured himself a drink and admitted that didn’t go how he wanted.
Sheila argued that she now had hope because she could see the love for Deacon in Hope’s eyes – just like she saw love in Finn’s eyes.
It left Sheila thinking that maybe her relationship with Deacon would bring them all closer and make them one big happy family.
At Forrester Creations, Finn assured RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) that he was doing everything he could to get Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and the kids home.
Finn felt he’d been crystal clear with Sheila about her never being part of their lives.
Talk turned to RJ and whether he had someone special he was interested in, so RJ admitted there was indeed someone.
Though it was new and nothing serious yet, RJ said she kept him guessing and that he loved learning anything he could about her.
At the cliff house, Hope blew in and angrily exclaimed that she couldn’t believe it!
Finn realized Hope now knew about Sheila and Deacon’s relationship, so Hope ranted about his mom and her dad being in love.
Back at Forrester Creations, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) demanded to know what Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) was doing there and ignored Luna when she said it was good to see Aunt Li.
Li snapped that she asked Luna a question, so Luna admitted she’d been working for a little while.
Luna defended herself since she needed a job and always wanted to work in fashion, so she thought it’d be a good fit.
Li didn’t buy the idea that Luna just randomly ended up at Forrester Creations and felt that Luna must know Finn married into the Forrester family.
Luna claimed she didn’t understand why Li was being so hard on her.
Li ranted about Luna’s mother and recapped some of the negative history in the family.
It turns out Li tried to help Poppy out with a job at the hospital gift shop, but Poppy had an affair with one of the doctors and ruined his reputation.
It nearly ruined Li’s reputation as well, so she insisted Poppy had been a disgrace to the family.
Luna pointed out that no one knew she was related to Li or Finn, so she was hopeful about keeping her internship.
After Luna gushed about working with Eric Forrester (John McCook) and RJ, she mentioned following RJ on social media.
Li accused Luna of stalking that poor boy and warned her to stay away from Steffy’s brother.
Li added that there was a reason why Poppy wasn’t invited to Finn’s wedding, but Luna argued that Poppy loved and missed her sister.
Nevertheless, Li was adamant about them living totally separate lives.
Although Li suspected Luna and Poppy must be planning something together, Luna insisted this had nothing to do with her mom and begged Li not to take her dream away.
Li warned Luna to write her letter of resignation and be gone by the end of the day since her time at Forrester Creations was over!
When RJ found Luna later, she was teary and started rambling about how she learned a lot despite her time there being short.
RJ found Luna’s resignation letter nearby and pushed for an explanation, but she claimed it was a family matter that she couldn’t get into.
Although Luna felt she had no choice but to leave, she was grateful for every minute at Forrester Creations.
Luna told RJ goodbye, but he pulled her in for a kiss and said he wasn’t letting her go anywhere.
