The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will make a new romantic play during the week of January 1-5. B&B fans know Bill’s been hung up on Katie Logan (Heather Tom) for quite some time, but it seems he’ll finally let that dream reunion go.
Now Bill’s become intrigued by Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park), especially since he can’t shake the feeling that they’ve met before.
Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) told Bill that they were from San Francisco, so Bill speculated that maybe he attended some of the same parties as Poppy back in the day.
Bill indeed spent some time in San Francisco, so he may continue to dwell on how familiar Poppy looks.
Even if Bill can’t connect the dots, he’ll convince Poppy to have a date with him in the present.
On January 4, Poppy will apparently be treated to the full Bill Spencer experience.
As Bill presumably wines and dines Poppy, he’ll turn on the charm and flirt with the lovely woman who’s walked into his life.
Of course, Poppy previously seemed nervous about meeting Bill and was eager to shut down their conversation at Il Giardino.
That led to speculation that Bill might be Luna’s biological father, which would make sense if perhaps he hooked up with Poppy a time or two and can’t remember it now.
What will change Poppy’s attitude and make her agree to this date?
It could be a situation where Bill proves relentless, so maybe Poppy will surrender to one date only – just to shut him up!
Then again, Bill might be so charming that Poppy forgets she’s playing with fire.
Naturally, Poppy could find herself falling for Bill despite her best efforts to resist.
Perhaps Poppy will even decide to get to know Bill better and eventually contemplate telling him the truth about Luna.
Whatever the case, Bill will have a hot date with Poppy, so the countdown will be on when it comes to Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) furious reaction.
You can bet Li’s going to be livid when she ultimately realizes a romance could be happening between Poppy and Bill, particularly since Li almost had one of her own with him.
They don’t call him “Dollar Bill” for nothing, so Li’s probably going to throw gold-digger accusations around once she finds out Poppy’s been spending time with one of the richest men in LA.
