The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) have agreed that their friendship comes first. Now that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is back in their lives, Taylor and Brooke know keeping their pact will require more effort.
Some fans are loving the newfound friend status between Brooke and Taylor.
Other viewers find it rather contrived considering all the feuding Taylor and Brooke have done over the years.
No matter how you feel about this friendship, B&B writers are certainly working hard to sell it. They want fans to believe it’s legit and something that’s truly important to Brooke as well as Taylor.
Even so, it’s just a matter of time until someone slips up and lands back in bed with Ridge. The question is: Who will surrender to temptation first?
Brooke is already in the danger zone thanks to a night alone with Ridge at her house.
Ridge and Brooke found themselves nearly kissing, so they’re teetering on the edge of passion.
Although it appears Brooke will manage to stop herself for now, that doesn’t mean her plan will stick.
If Brooke is already this close to caving in, it doesn’t look good for the future of Taylor and Brooke’s pact.
During the week of April 10-14, Brooke will fill Taylor in on her night with Ridge and perhaps share how close she came to breaking her promise.
Maybe Brooke will be apologetic and assure Taylor that she’ll work harder to put Ridge in the rearview mirror.
Unfortunately, that may not be possible – not when Ridge and Brooke feel this strongly for each other.
Although Ridge will always care about Taylor and the family they’ve built, Brooke feels like Ridge’s endgame.
There’s a reason for all the destiny talk and reunion stories since Ridge and Brooke tend to feel the same magnetic pull sooner or later.
With that in mind, Brooke may be the one most likely to surrender to Ridge and betray her friendship with Taylor.
Taylor and Brooke vowed to never fight over Ridge again, but their pact could be broken if Brooke enjoys a passionate reconnection and reignites the war.
That’s why Brooke might wind up hiding her potential bedroom blunder when the time comes.
It’s easy to imagine Brooke crossing back into sizzling territory with Ridge before realizing she’s made a terrible mistake.
Brooke might turn Ridge away in the aftermath and argue that she can’t go down this road with him again – for her own sake and for the sake of the Taylor friendship she values so much.
Of course, Taylor would inevitably find out anyway, but Brooke could at least try to keep the news of her steamy reunion with Ridge under wraps.
Brooke might tell herself it was a momentary lapse in judgment, but it could actually be a sign of things to come.
At some point, Taylor may have to decide if they can still be friends once Brooke’s back together with Ridge.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke and Taylor might have to make some updates to their pact eventually, so stay tuned.
