The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that anxiety has been creeping in for Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), who doesn’t trust Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) when it comes to Katie Logan (Heather Tom).
There’s no denying that Bill put a lot on the line to sink Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), but that doesn’t erase the mountain of mistakes he’s made.
B&B fans know Bill treated Katie horribly in the past – mostly because he couldn’t stay away from her own sister!
Carter feels like Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is always going to come first in Bill’s heart, so he certainly believes his own heart is more worthy of Katie.
Since Carter wants to offer Katie stability and devotion, maybe he’ll decide there’s no reason to wait on popping the question.
Between Carter’s intense feelings and his desire to shut down Bill’s pursuit, it could give him some good reasons to make a bold move.
Will Carter propose marriage and stun Katie in the process?
It’s easy to imagine Carter creating the perfect romantic evening that’s capped off with an engagement ring and an offer to tie the knot.
Of course, this is a huge step, so Katie might need some time to mull it over before giving Carter her answer.
Then again, Katie might end up running from her lingering feelings for Bill and accept Carter’s marriage offer – just to fool herself into thinking she’s genuinely moved on.
In reality, Katie seems to be in denial about Bill and the possibility of them reconnecting. Despite Katie’s attempt to shut Bill down, he still has a shot at winning her over.
Carter will remain worried as long as Bill’s fighting for his former flame, so he might spin out a bit and do something drastic.
Since Carter has been unlucky in love so many times, he may be desperate to hold onto Katie and hope the promise of a wedding will lock in their future.
Will Carter make some updates to his relationship status through a marriage proposal? Will some engagement news throw off Bill’s game?
