The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) could raise the stakes when it comes to her shady plot. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is a weeping mess who barely responds in conversations, so it certainly seems like Sheila has made him her mind control subject.
If Bill has been hypnotized into carrying out Sheila’s wishes, then we’d say her plan is working out pretty well!
Although Bill is visibly tormented, he’s still going along with whatever Sheila wants.
Since Sheila is seemingly having success with this mind control tactic, she might make some updates to her goals and take it to the next level eventually.
What if Sheila seeks out another hypnosis target – namely her beloved son, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan)?
Sheila hasn’t had to work that hard to convince Bill to destroy his life.
In fact, Bill’s life had imploded already, so B&B fans know he was lonely and felt he had no one to turn to.
Of course, Bill has also done a ton of outrageous stuff over the years.
Although Bill’s sudden Sheila turnaround is jarring, it’s still easier to buy Bill siding with Sheila than someone like Finn giving her support.
That’s exactly why having Finn under Sheila’s mind control would be great for drama’s sake.
If Bill’s loyalty to Sheila is causing this much chaos, just think how much chaos Finn’s loyalty would cause.
It’s easy to imagine a big turning point somewhere down the line – an emotional moment between a biological mother and her son.
Sheila might stage some special reunion and make it seem like Finn still desperately craves the birth mom connection he longed for his whole life.
Naturally, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) would be horrified along with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and so many others.
If Finn becomes Sheila’s next mind control victim, he might seem likely he’s coming around on the idea of her being part of the family.
It could certainly lead to plenty of fights with Steffy, who wouldn’t understand why Finn was letting Sheila fool him like Bill.
It’s the repetition of this plan that could trip Sheila up and cause a major snag in her scheme.
If Finn starts exhibiting bizarre behavior next, it could lead to a pattern that stirs up suspicions.
Regardless, Sheila wants to be part of Finn and Hayes Finnegan’s (Vienna and Iliana Norris) world more than anything else.
If Sheila’s potential hypnosis plot is working on Bill, why wouldn’t she want to try it on Finn next and make the rest of her dreams come true?
However, Sheila could be playing a dangerous game since Finn may not be as susceptible to her manipulation.
Finn could snap out of it easier than Bill in that case, which could expose Sheila’s scheme and lead to awful news for her future!
