The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, December 8, reveal that Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) will freak out after doing some eavesdropping. As the Forrester gala continues, Donna will overhear some of the partygoers discussing how Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) actually won the fashion challenge.
Of course, Donna will immediately worry about the possibility of Eric Forrester (John McCook) listening in on this conversation, too. It’s not a good idea for people to be discussing something so huge within earshot since this news would absolutely devastate Eric.
The goal of this party is to keep Eric happy as he marches toward a grim fate. If Eric finds out he didn’t actually win the fashion competition against Ridge, that could turn his world upside down and rush him into the grave even sooner.
B&B spoilers say Donna will try to shut down the risk to Eric’s bliss and presumably get the secret-keepers to clam up.
As the Forrester bash winds down, Eric will make one last speech and show his gratitude to all his loved ones.
While Eric is gloating to Ridge about how he beat his son in the fashion challenge, it looks like it may dawn on Eric that he didn’t win after all.
There may be some clue that finally clicks in place and causes Eric to realize Ridge only let him think he won. That could lead to Eric figuring out that everyone already knows about his terminal condition as well.
Whatever the case, Eric’s about to make a realization that’s too much for his heart to take in his current state. We’ll see Eric collapse and spark total panic for all his loved ones.
Once Eric is on the floor struggling to stay conscious, Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) will rush to his aid, but she’ll undoubtedly fear the worst.
Donna and Ridge will also crouch down with Eric, so they’ll worry Eric is truly running out of time as they witness this shocking display.
The other guests will all gather around and express concern, so this party will definitely end on a tense note!
John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) has been doing some urgent research, so will he find some form of treatment that could help Eric and offer updates before it’s too late?
