The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, January 6, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) worried since caving into Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) demands would put everyone at risk, but she told John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) their hands were tied if Bill was serious about threatening Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).
Suddenly, Taylor entered the cliff house and wondered who was throwing the party since she couldn’t be the only one who wanted to celebrate Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) finally behind bars.
Steffy and Finn both looked concerned as they gazed over at Taylor.
After Taylor mentioned her happy reaction to Steffy’s news via text, she marveled over their family being safe again thanks to Bill.
Taylor thought this was already turning into the best year ever and answered the door while Steffy whispered to Finn that they couldn’t let her end up in a cell.
Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) appeared since they needed to talk about Sheila’s hearing and review statements.
Taylor assured Baker that Steffy and Finn would do whatever was necessary to put Sheila in prison, but they both looked nervous.
Baker wanted to reiterate how important Finn and Steffy’s testimony was, so Taylor insisted everyone in the family wanted to make sure Sheila never walked free again.
That was exactly what Baker wanted to hear, so he vowed to be in touch.
Once Deputy Chief Baker was gone, Taylor said Sheila’s arraignment couldn’t come soon enough.
Steffy didn’t want to talk about Sheila and got emotional as she told Taylor she was so proud of her.
After Steffy said she’d do everything she could to make this the best year ever like Taylor hoped, she hugged her mom and expressed her love.
Meanwhile, Bill talked to Sheila in the visiting room of the police station. Although Bill had taken care of everything, he wanted to err on the side of caution.
That meant Sheila needed to keep her voice down and keep her distance from Bill, who felt she was avoiding his question about whether her feelings were real.
Sheila assured Bill that she’d never connected like this before and thought Bill felt the same way.
Bill questioned why Sheila followed him that night at Il Giardino, so she admitted she was bored and thought it would be an adventure.
Sheila never expected that Bill would plop himself down on the beach, but she took a gamble by approaching him and talked with him until the sun came up.
That night, Bill connected with Sheila on a different level than he had with anyone else.
Sheila was grateful that Bill didn’t call the police and talked about him being with good girls who didn’t understand him until now.
They weren’t like Sheila, who understood Bill at his core and didn’t want to change him.
Bill reflected on Steffy asking questions he wasn’t sure he had the answers, too.
After Bill said Katie Logan (Heather Tom) called him a hero, Sheila insisted he was HER hero and didn’t want him to waver because of those “bitch Logans.”
Sheila told Bill that she was ready to love him the way no other woman had.
Bill just had to believe in Sheila’s feelings for him, so he admitted he wanted to. As Sheila promised her devotion, Bill stared at her pensively.
At Forrester Creations on Friday’s B&B episode, Katie found Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) getting dressed after a workout and gave him a kiss.
Carter got updates on Katie’s visit with Bill, which went well – though she found it sad that he seemed surprised she cared.
There was none of Bill’s usual bluster, so Katie talked about how vulnerable he was and felt something had been off with him for a while.
Carter was glad Sheila was locked up so they could focus on better things, so Katie agreed about focusing on the future.
