The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that the show could throw a huge curveball that changes lives forever. Now B&B’s playing up Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) feelings for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) again, they’re finding ways to bring these exes closer.
Although Liam claimed he wasn’t trying to upend Steffy’s marriage by telling her about John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) hugging Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) suspected ulterior motives.
There’s no denying that by stirring up trouble in Steffy and Finn’s relationship, it creates an opportunity for Liam to comfort Steffy and pull her closer.
It might even lead to a Steffy and Liam reunion at some point.
Of course, there may be other ways to solidify Liam and Steffy’s bond, especially if the show’s willing to reveal a Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris) paternity twist.
Could Liam be the father of Steffy’s son after all?
Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) confessed to changing the original paternity test results so that Liam looked like the bio dad, but can we really trust that Vinny got it right?
It’s not hard to buy the idea that Vinny was an incompetent lab worker who botched the rigged DNA results somehow.
Vinny wasn’t exactly some genius who knew what he was doing on any given day!
If Vinny screwed up, maybe Liam really was Hayes’ biological father.
If that shocker comes out through a medical crisis for Hayes or something along those lines, it could be a game-changer.
Finn would be absolutely devastated if he learned he wasn’t the true father of Steffy’s youngest child.
This news would also crush and rile up Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), who’s become obsessed with her little grandson.
If some paternity confusion comes to light, Sheila might seek revenge on Steffy for even creating a situation where someone other than Finn could be the father.
A scenario like this could leave Sheila fuming and ready to make Steffy pay!
A father swap would also make Liam want to get to know Hayes as his own flesh and blood.
Steffy and Liam are already raising Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) as a team, but they could connect over a second child if Hayes belongs to Liam in the end.
Bottom line, some paternity updates would bring all kinds of drama and could possibly set the stage for Liam’s romantic reunion with Steffy.
