The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) may shift his strategy as concerns about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) grow. No matter how many times Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) offer reassurance, Liam just can’t shake all the bad vibes.
During Liam’s recent visit to the cliff house, he once again voiced his fears to Steffy.
Liam obviously doesn’t trust Thomas and now has alarm bells going off in his head since Hope’s so drawn to him.
However, Liam assured Steffy that he wouldn’t ask her to do anything weird or creepy like spy on Hope.
Steffy made it clear that wouldn’t be something she was interested in doing and seemed glad Liam wasn’t asking her to.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Liam won’t ask someone else! B&B spoilers say RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) could become the ideal ally at Forrester Creations since he’s about to accept Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) job offer.
RJ will indeed be working at the family company in some capacity, so that could give him an opportunity to keep an eye on Hope and Thomas’ interactions.
Will Liam make a pitch and try to bring out RJ’s protective brother side?
RJ might have reservations about spying on Hope and Thomas while they’re working together, but Liam might convince him that he’d just be looking out for his big sis.
Perhaps RJ will secretly spy for Liam and agree to report back if there’s any concerning news.
We should mention that Steffy will inadvertently witness a moment between Hope and Thomas that leaves her worried – mostly because of Hope’s obvious attraction.
When confronted, Hope might insist Steffy’s overreacting and convince her not to make matters worse by spilling anything to Liam.
That might give RJ something else to learn if he becomes Liam’s spy.
Both Steffy and Thomas are going to become privy to Hope’s messy feelings, so RJ could overhear something troubling at some point.
Bottom line, RJ has put Thomas on notice and would have good reasons to become Liam’s ally, so maybe he’ll do some spying around the office and make some shocking discoveries.
