The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) could be headed for a hospital-related storyline based on Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras McKinlay) recent premonition. Since Kelly woke up crying after dreaming about something bad happening to her daddy, that sets the stage for her nightmare to become a reality.
Once a shocking tragedy unfolds, Liam may find himself in critical condition at the hospital. It’s easy to imagine Liam landing in a coma as he struggles to survive.
That could reignite the Liam, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) love triangle that B&B’s focused on so many times before.
Right now, Steffy is concentrating on her marriage since she doesn’t want anything to rock the boat with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). However, the boat may get rocked anyway since Steffy’s keeping the two kisses Liam stole under wraps.
Despite Finn’s insistence that he’s not insecure about Liam, he certainly seems worried about Steffy’s ex trying to reel her back in.
That could lead to more issues between Finn and Steffy since she’s always going to care about Liam, especially since he’s Kelly’s father.
In other words, the show may start tearing down the solid relationship that Steffy and Finn have built while she grows closer to Liam.
It could culminate with Steffy sitting by a comatose Liam’s bedside wondering if maybe they’re still meant to be after all.
Likewise, Hope may change her mind about her split from Liam if he lands in a coma.
The thought of losing Liam could shake Hope up and make her decide that Liam is the only man for her after all.
Of course, that would be devastating news for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), but that’s the price of falling for someone on a show full of wafflers and heartbreakers!
