The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) made an intriguing comment in the May 23 episode. During a conversation with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), Bill pointed out it was too bad that Liam couldn’t have cameras on Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) all the time like he did with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
Liam admitted he wished he could chaperone every moment when Thomas is alone with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).
Although the thought of that is rather creepy, desperate people do desperate things – especially on a soap when things are meant to be extreme.
There’s no denying that it was a strange exchange for Bill and Liam to have.
It almost felt like B&B was planting a seed in Liam’s mind and giving him an idea that he could use later.
Of course, we’re not suggesting Liam’s going to have some giant FBI-style wall of cameras.
This wouldn’t be some massive surveillance operation, but maybe Liam could indeed rely on a hidden camera or two as his concerns grow.
Since we all know the show seems to like using apps, maybe Liam could have something on his phone that allows him to see the footage in real time.
That would obviously be a huge invasion of privacy, but it’s no different than a soap character committing any other wrongdoing.
Liam has been worried about Thomas’ obsession when he’s actually becoming pretty obsessed himself!
Since Thomas’ threat is all Liam thinks about, it’s easy to see how he’d be driven to his breaking point and resort to a move this sneaky.
Following Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) accusations about Hope’s flirting, you can bet Liam will be even more worried about the connection that’s building between Hope and Thomas.
Will Liam fret enough to rely on some hidden cameras? Could Liam’s decision to put Thomas under surveillance lead to him catching Hope crossing the line?
There’d be no wiggling out of evidence like that, so it’s a possibility to consider when it comes to the shockers that inevitably await Liam.
