The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will try to be there for Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) as she frets over this Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) situation. Hope is already missing Douglas like crazy and he hasn’t even spent the night at the cliff house yet!
Douglas currently wants to live with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), but both Steffy and Liam keep reminding Hope this is just temporary.
The more they offer that reassurance, the more it seems like maybe it won’t be so temporary after all.
Douglas may not want to come home to the cabin like Hope’s counting on.
Steffy could grow more attached to Douglas and decide she’s fine with serving as his guardian until he’s a young adult.
Then again, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is a major wildcard in all this who could fight both Steffy and Hope in court.
There could be a new version of the custody case where Thomas emerges victorious.
Regardless, Hope is drowning in heartache right now and that’s not going to change anytime soon.
B&B fans will see Hope mope around during the week of February 20-24 as she tries to adjust without Douglas there at the cabin.
The week of February 27-March 3 will bring another round of awful news from Steffy, so that could involve some legal strategies from Thomas.
Hope will get updates on something that makes all this even worse, so Liam may have to watch his wife spin out.
At some point in the weeks or months ahead, Liam might realize he has to do something.
Hope may sink into a deep depression and leave Liam desperate to pull her out of it.
That desperation could lead to Liam making a shocking suggestion about a new family addition.
Although Douglas could obviously never be replaced and will always be Hope’s adopted son, Liam might propose the idea of a new baby.
From the get-go, Liam has never liked the fact that Hope had to co-parent with Thomas.
There may not be anything Liam can do about any further custody war developments, but he could suggest giving Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) a new little brother or sister.
Even if Hope doesn’t get on board, Liam could at least bring up the notion of having another kid and making the cabin a little less empty.
