The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, February 13, tease that Judge Gomez (Jill Reyes) will remind Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) that he was supposed to choose between the two options offered.
Douglas was instructed to pick either Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) or Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) as his custodial parent, but he threw everyone for a loop by writing Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) name down instead.
Now Douglas is hoping that Steffy will agree to take him in, but she’ll point out that’s not her call to make.
Although Steffy will assure Douglas that he’s always welcome in her home, she may give him a nudge toward picking Thomas or Hope – just like Judge Gomez ordered.
Unfortunately, Douglas will feel like he’s going to cause pain if he chooses his mom over his dad or vice versa.
Since Douglas won’t want to hurt Hope or Thomas’ feelings, he’ll think the best solution is to live with Steffy instead.
Of course, none of the paperwork has been prepared for this option.
Judge Gomez surely won’t feel comfortable awarding permanent full custody to Thomas’ sister anyway – especially since this decision was driven by Douglas’ guilt.
There’s a good chance Judge Gomez will suggest Douglas’ parents should try harder to figure things out.
That’ll give Thomas and Hope an opportunity to talk about Steffy’s house being a temporary solution for Douglas later during the week of February 13-17.
Until then, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will pay John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) a visit at the cliff house.
Finn and Li may discuss the custody drama as well as the nightmare Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) have unleashed.
At Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) place on Monday’s B&B episode, he’ll await Sheila’s answer now that he’s pushed for a real relationship.
Deacon is willing to go public with Sheila and convince everyone that they should be together.
All Sheila has to do is choose Deacon over Bill and come back to him.
Of course, Sheila knows Bill can keep her out of prison and offer the most benefits to her right now.
Deacon will inevitably get rejected, but Sheila will still surrender to a kiss and perhaps more.
Sheila won’t be making any updates to her romantic status or living arrangement at this point, but she may admit she’s touched over how much Deacon still cares for her.
It won’t be the news Deacon wants, but Sheila will give him some attention anyway.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Deacon will hold out hope for a future with Sheila, so stay tuned to see if he’ll ever get his wish.
