Paris considers Hope a friend and will understand why she’d be wary of letting Thomas rejoin her team.
At the same time, Paris is also pals with Thomas and truly wants to see him succeed.
Since Paris is all for Thomas getting another chance, she’ll be pleased if Hope relents on them working together again.

Paris might suggest they could go out for a few dinners and do some flirting around the office.
Maybe helping Thomas convince Hope that he’s over her would ease the strain.
Paris might insist that’s what friends are for and decide there’s no harm in letting people think they’re a bit more than friendly.
That could lead to Thomas and Paris falling for each other for real as they strengthen their bond.
It might be good news or bad news depending on whether you want them paired up!
Naturally, it’s also possible Paris and Thomas could genuinely date from the get-go.
There’s been some interest expressed on both sides at various times, so Thomas and Paris might have a true future together.
