The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Recap: Thursday, November 2 – Ridge Lies That Eric Won – Finn Learns Why Steffy Came Home

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Thursday, November 2, reveals that Eric Forrester (John McCook) pressured Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to tell him who won the fashion challenge and worried this delay was Ridge’s way of letting him down gently.

Ridge eventually decided to lie and told Eric that he won because he was the master, so Eric was thrilled and hugged Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) as he celebrated.

Eric shook Ridge’s hand and expressed his gratitude to RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman), who insisted this was his grandad’s victory.

Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) also assured Eric that he deserved this win for his spectacular designs.

Eric made a speech about how much this victory meant to him and wanted to get rid of the tension he’d been facing with Ridge.

After Ridge said he still had a lot to learn from his father, Eric felt like Ridge understood why he had to do this final collection now.

Ridge confirmed that he did and shared a sweet moment with Eric, but he never admitted to knowing his fatal diagnosis.

In the Forrester showroom, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) talked to Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) about the fashion challenge and wondered who would come out on top.

Katie knew it must be hard for RJ to keep the secret about Eric’s health and felt that Eric should accept everyone’s support.

Although it was hard to explain, Katie said maybe Luna would understand the relationship between a parent and a child someday.

It was something special, so Katie felt that Ridge needed to know the truth about Eric and be there for his dad since it just might be the best medicine.

If everyone knew Eric was facing a grim fate, Katie felt like things would be so different.

Katie also reflected on the fashion challenge and feared it’d put a strain on Eric’s relationship with Ridge – no matter who won. That was yet another reason why Katie wished Ridge knew the real story.

At the cliff house on Thursday’s B&B episode, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was working on his laptop when Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks) came running in.

An amazed Finn hugged the kids before Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) joined them, so Finn got updates on his family’s flight back from Italy.

Steffy confirmed that she was really home and kissed Finn, who enjoyed cuddling with the children and appreciated the card they made.

It featured their family on the beach, so Finn suggested they could hit the waves later.

Finn played tickle monster with Hayes and heard about Kelly learning how to order gelato in Italian, so he was really on cloud nine.

After Finn said this was the best surprise, he added that he didn’t think he’d ever had a better one!

Once Finn called Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), he told the kids that their grandma wanted to come pick them up and spend some time with them.

While Hayes and Kelly were in the other room getting ready, Finn told Steffy how thankful he was for her homecoming and asked what made her finally decide to return.

Steffy couldn’t be away from Finn any longer and missed him along with the kids.

After Steffy said she didn’t want to run away from her life anymore, she insisted that wasn’t who she was.

Steffy made it clear that she was a fighter and that she wouldn’t let Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) take Finn away from her.

Finn was sorry about everything, but Steffy didn’t want him to feel any more shame or guilt over the situation.

Steffy said what mattered was that she was there and that they were stronger together.

Once Steffy promised to never leave Finn again, they expressed their love and shared another kiss.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy and Sheila’s feud will come with some twists and turns now that Steffy’s back in town, so stay tuned for news on their next faceoff!
