The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will head back to Los Angeles, so you can catch him on the show again starting March 15. The timing is interesting since Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) just struck a deal with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and intends on letting him rejoin her line.
Of course, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is the one who set that deal in motion by threatening to put Hope for the Future on pause.
Since the line is tanking hard without Thomas, Steffy warned that her brother’s return as lead designer was the only path forward.
However, Thomas expressed concern to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) about how Ridge would feel about his comeback.
Taylor feels confident that Ridge will come around, but that doesn’t mean he’ll just accept this news right off the bat.
After all, Thomas was previously banned from the building!
Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) was quick to point out that the “head honcho” aka Ridge didn’t want Thomas there, so he kicked Thomas out before all these developments with Hope’s line played out.
Things have obviously changed now that Steffy and Hope have approved Thomas’ return, but what about Ridge’s opinion?
Ridge is co-CEO along with Steffy, so he should get a say in whether Thomas comes back to Forrester Creations.
Thomas lied to Ridge’s face about the CPS call and made him believe it was Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) who betrayed him.
Thanks to Thomas’ actions, Ridge turned his back on Brooke and annulled their marriage.
There’s no way Ridge can immediately just forgive and forget after that kind of betrayal. If Ridge comes home and fully supports Thomas’ return, where’s the drama in that?
It’s easy to imagine Thomas celebrating his FC comeback right as Ridge walks in the door.
Thomas might insist he’s excited to reinvigorate Hope’s line, but Ridge could interrupt and insist it’s not happening if he has anything to say about it!
Will Ridge block Thomas’ return to the company and fight Steffy as well as Hope on his son’s Hope for the Future involvement?
Taylor is likely right about Ridge coming around on the idea, but there could still be some initial B&B conflict once Ridge gets updates.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Ridge and Thomas could do some clashing as Thomas fights to prove himself.
