The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) attorney (played by Rodney Van Johnson) will do everything in his power to free his client. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is no doubt paying this lawyer handsomely and has probably thrown in some threats just in case.
The first step of all this was to make sure Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) didn’t testify.
Bill hopes he’s taken care of that by threatening to send trigger-happy Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) to the slammer.
However, Steffy will count on Judge Craig McMullen (Joe Lando) to see that Sheila is dangerous and put her behind bars no matter what.
Judge McMullen is a corrupt judge anyway, but Sheila’s attorney still needs to come up with a believable defense here.
During the week of January 9-13, B&B spoilers say stunning new evidence will come into play at Sheila’s hearing.
Let’s consider what that evidence might be and how it could help Sheila’s attorney defend her.
Sheila’s lawyer may invent a new story to explain what happened in that alley.
Steffy’s previous drug use might even become part of the equation since this attorney will be willing to play dirty.
Perhaps Sheila’s counsel will make it seem like Steffy was unhinged and Sheila pulled out a gun to defend herself – leading to her accidentally shooting Finn when he appeared out of nowhere.
The part about accidentally shooting Finn is true, so that’s a bonus.
Of course, the rest of the story would be fake – like Sheila fearing for her life when she pumped a bullet into Steffy next.
Sheila’s attorney could make it seem like Steffy’s trauma twisted this into something it wasn’t.
Remember how Steffy woke up thinking Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) was her husband, not Finn?
That could be used to suggest Steffy wasn’t in her right mind.
From there, Steffy ultimately checked in a mental health facility overseas.
That was actually to cope with her grief over losing Finn, but it could fit with this false narrative of Steffy’s mental health issues being the real problem.
By the time Sheila’s lawyer finishes, he may paint his client as a victim!
Judge McMullen might act like this sounds like a tragic accident driven by Steffy’s mental health struggles and insist it’s good she got the help she needed.
Whatever the case, Sheila has no intention of going back to prison and will count on her attorney to make some updates to this alley story.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila’s freedom news will spread before you know it, so stick with B&B.
