The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) has been doing his best to make his position crystal clear to Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Finn slipped up a couple times and let Sheila get too close, but he doesn’t plan to make that mistake again.
It was almost unbearable for Finn when Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) took the kids overseas.
Finn fully understands how much he has to lose now, so he doesn’t want to do anything that’d drive Steffy away ever again.
Thankfully, Steffy has found her strength and plans to stay right by Finn’s side in this fight against Sheila.
However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be some complications and disagreements along the way.
B&B fans will recall how Finn went against Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) wishes and saved Sheila after she had a heart attack.
Finn gets that life would be a lot easier if Sheila weren’t around, but he’s a goodhearted doctor at his core. It goes against everything Finn stands for to let a patient perish if there’s a way to save them.
That’s even true for someone as deeply problematic as Sheila. Steffy understood why Finn had to step up and save Sheila when she needed him most, but will she be as understanding the next time around?
Sheila could face another cardiac emergency that once again puts her life on the line. If Finn continues to be written true to character and saves Sheila once more, how will Steffy feel about that?
Sheila will inevitably latch onto Finn like glue again if she feels even more indebted to him and even more connected because of his life-saving efforts.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will find ways to manipulate Steffy in the coming weeks, so this seems like an opportunity he could capitalize on.
If Sheila has another medical crisis and Finn rides to the rescue, Liam may use that to drive a wedge between Finn and Steffy.
This is the kind of thing that could jumpstart Sheila’s new efforts to get close to Finn and his family, so Liam may blame Finn for that.
Whatever the case, Sheila’s health could become a key part of the story if she suffers a second heart attack or some other issue related to her previous one.
